Ch. 21 Smooth Sailing--FINALLY

Corey's P.O.V

(A/N Warning hella cute chapter, you'll want this to happen in real life.)

It's 3:00 am right now and I have to get up and get ready, but that doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me because this morning I woke up from a nice dream, not a nightmare. This morning I woke up with the love of my life in my arms. This morning I woke up and memories from last night flooded my head--bunny lingerie, leads to a very active night-- and they were very happy thoughts. This morning I woke knowing today we'd do an interview, meet fans AND (she doesn't know about this) see her parents. Therefore this morning is one of the best mornings I've ever had.

I got out bed slowly and covered Rowan up so she wouldn't be cold. We had to be at the Beach for the FanLaLa shoot at 5:00 am to catch the sunrise for some pictures, but I figured I could get everything ready so that Rowan only has to shower, get dressed and eat. I decided to shower later and pulled on sweats and a T-shirt so I wasn't walking around naked.

I walked down the stairs and turned on the lights in our new, state of the art kitchen--which Rowan will never use-- and nodded my head in approval. I looked in our, basically empty, refrigerator and pulled out the eggs. I scrambled some for me and Rowan and then toasted bread.

Breakfast down, outfits next. You see I used to get made fun in highschool by the kid named Brody Fink for knowing how to put outfits together. He told me everyday that fashion is for girls and gay guys. Well, I'm straight and guess when having atleast one semi-fashionable bone in your body comes in handy?-- when you have a girlfriend, and you both happen to be famous. In your face Brody Fink.

I walked back up the spiral staircase and went to the walk-in closet that I had already filled with Rowna's clothes. She has alot of them. I mean alot. As in my clothes are in a seperate closet in the next room down because hers take up the dresser drawers AND this huge walk in closet.

Ok, interview first. What does Rowan wear? Anything and everything because somehow she makes anything and everything work. Well THAT helps so much *note the sarcasm* She likes wearing overalls....Ok, yellow longsleeve, blue overalls and black combat boots. Done with that. Now she need a bathing suit. Obviously I'm going make her wear a bikini, I mean, have you seen Rowan's body?

Alright, Interview, black bikini, now and outfit for her parents house. I assumed Rowan's inner 10-year old will appear and she'll go off to talk about....whatever girls talk about with their sisters so she'll need something that won't make her father uncomfortable with skin, something her mom thinks is adorable and something she can actually move in to be running around with Carmen.

See, this is why having Rowan as a Girfriend takes so much work, but its worth it. I just reached out for the first thing I saw which was a loose, purple and black, floral jumper. There done.

I layed them all on the bed and left a sticky note explaning each outfit. I ran to the guest room I keep my clothes in and picked out jeans, and plain red shirt with "L.A.X" written on it in black letters and a black jacket to put over it, for the interview. Then I pulled out blue swim trunks, for the shoot. Then lastly, the same jeans I'm wearing for the interview, with a dress shirt (usually for suits) with a thin black blazer over it, for Row's parents.

I've met her parents before as Rowan's friend, and they seemed to like me, and I like them-- but I've never met them as her long-term Boyfriend. So we set this up so that Row's mom can tell me everything about my Princess while Rowan's dad interrogates me until Mrs. Blanchard tells him to stop.
