Eth's Girl

Chapter 1

Today is my first day of high school and I'm terrified, I might recognize a few people from middle school. Other than that I don't wanna get up out of bed. My alarm has been going off for about five minutes now.

"LEANNE GET UP!" My mom yells from downstairs.
"I DON'T WANNA MOM!"

I soon heard footsteps coming up the stairs, next thing I know my curtains are pulled open. The sun is way to bright for me in the mornings. I shove my head under my pillow, my mom then shakes my constantly.

"IM UP MOM! Geez!"
"Good now get ready for high school, I'm driving you today."
"Fine, get out then."

I got out of bed and went to my closet. I got out a black tank top, my favorite flannel, and my black converse. I also got my black ripped skinny jeans out, I put my hair up in a messy bun. I only added mascara, I went downstairs to see my mom ready to drive me to school.

"Here is your stuff Leanne, now, let's go."
"Yay..."
"Stop with all your sarcasm Leanne."
"No promises mom."

About ten minutes later we arrive at my school, I look out the window and see faces I recognize.

"Bye mom, wish me luck."
"Good luck Leanne! Bye."

I got out the car and walked to my first class, algebra, great! I walked into the class and sat in the back, soon everyone flooded into the room. The teacher finally came in and placed her coffee down. I heard some boys whistle at her, yeah, she was pretty and looked around our age. The boys would never get a chance with a teacher though.

"Morning class, my name is Ms. Snevhorvenstaltermeyer
(Don't ask how to pronounce that... I got it off a game and it looks funny 😂) but you can call me Ms. S for short."

The class went by fast, my second class was science. I actually kinda like science, it's my best subject. I looked in the class and saw all boys so far. I went and sat in the back, once again, and I saw some eyes following me.

"Stop staring at her guys, she is obviously a shy one." A cute boy had said to the other four.
"But Gilinsky!" The four boys said.
"No! Ethan, Gray, Johnson, and Caniff, stop staring at her!"
"But she's..."
"Stop Taylor." The boys started to walk towards me.
"Hi! My name is Jack!"
"Nice to meet you Jack, I'm Leanne."
"That's a nice name."
"Thanks."
"Your welcome, I want you to meet my four crazy friends, Ethan, Grayson, Jack J. and Taylor."
"Wait, there are two Jacks?"
"Yeah, but you can call me by my last name, Gilinsky, and that Jack you can call by Johnson."
"Okay, thanks."
"Anytime cutie." I'm guessing Ethan said, I don't know, Ethan and Grayson are twins.
"Ethan!"
"Sorry Gilinsky..."
"Sorry to interrupt but when is the teacher going to be here? And where is the rest of the class?"
"Ohh! That's the thing, we aren't supposed to be scheduled to this class, we tried to change out of the class but the principle didn't let us."
"Wow, thanks Gilinsky."
"No problem Leanne."

We spent the rest of the time talking, next was lunch.

"Hey Leanne?"
"Yes..."
"Oh I'm Taylor Caniff!"
"Okay, yes Taylor?"
"Would you like to sit with us at lunch?"
"Sure!"
"Great!"

The bell rang and we went to lunch, when I walked in with the five boys people were staring at me. I wonder if it was cause I was walking with them. When we got our food Gilinsky grabbed my arm and pulled my to their table. I sat between Gilinsky and Taylor, they are the ones where I actually remember their name the most.

"Guys?"
"Yeah?" They all said
"Why are people staring at me like I'm crazy or somethin?"
"We usually don't hang out with girls, it's always us and the rest of the boys."
"Wait! There are more of you?!"
"Yep, there is Cameron, Nash, Hayes, Carter, Shawn, and Aaron."
"Wow, are they as crazy as them?"
"Yeah, beware of all of us together." Gilinsky said laughing.

The rest of the day was quick, I have every class with Gilinsky and Taylor, I didn't notice them in algebra. When we went to go to our cars Gilinsky spoke up.

"Do you want us to drive you home?"
"No, it's okay my mom should be coming soon."
"Are you sure? All the parents are here at the same time. Do you see her car?"

I looked around and I didn't see it.

"No, I don't see her."
"Well, text her and tell her your friends are bringing you home."
"Fine Gilinsky, you win!" I said laughing."

Me: Hey mom! My friends are bringing me home since you're not here!
Mom: Who are your new friends?! I have to meet them! Are they boys! I swear if they are boys they better not hurt you!
Me: Mom! You can meet them when they drop me off! They are boys, 11 to be more specific. And they won't hurt me.
Mom: 11 BOYS!! Well, as long as they don't hurt you I'm okay with that.
Me: okay! We are leaving school now! Love you!
Mom: love you too!

I got in the car with the boys and gave them directions to my house.

"Hey guys? My mom wants to meet you guys."
"Okay!" They all said

We all got out the car, I unlocked the house door and told the boys to come in.

"MOM! IM HOME!"

My mom came running down the stairs and stood in front of me and they boys.

"They're cute Leanne! How did you find them?!"
"Actually, we found her in our science class cause these four were staring." Gilinsky said pointing at Ethan, Grayson, Johnson and Taylor.
"Well, you guys better now hurt my daughter."
"We won't."
"Good, now who is who?"
"I'm Jack G., that is Ethan and his twin Grayson, that is Taylor, Cameron, Nash, Hayes, Carter, Shawn and Aaron."
"Nice to meet you boys! Sadly you guys have to go."
"It's okay, we will see you another time."
"Okay!" My mom said happily.

I walked the boys to their car, I hugged them all and they left.

I can't wait to see them again tomorrow. And I have all classes with Gilinsky and Taylor.
