"Wake up, wake up, wake up, Debbie!" said my little sister, Gabrielle, while jumping on my bed.
"Okay! Okay! I'm up, Gabbie," I said rising from my laying position to a siting position. I give Gabbie a evil smirk and stand up on my bed. I grab her and start bouncing on the bed while tossing her in the air.
A knock on the door stops us from our bouncing and giggle fest.
Missus' Delacour, your parents request you to eat breakfast with them in the dining hall, instead of by yourself in bed today. Gabbie and I give each other a confused look and got off the bed.
"I'll wait for you outside, Debbie!"
I nodded my head and walked over to my closet. I changed in to a dressy white tank top, with a light blue pencil skirt. I put on off white heels to match the top. I wore a silver bracelet on my right hand and, a light blue watch on my left hand. I had on my silver locket, my great grandmother had passed it down to me when I was 5. It had an intricate pattern on the outside. On the inside of the locket, it held one picture of Gabbie,Fleur, and I, while on the other side of the locket, it had one of my parents and I. I brushed my hair into a messy, but still classy bun.
I walked out my bedroom door to see my parents scolding Gabbie.
"Gabrielle! You know better to not be late. Why can't Debra and you be more like Fleur? She is on time, well dressed, cares about her grades, and tries to have a future for herself. Instead you are messing around, playing pranks or that silly sport that everyone seems to be caught up in!" yelled my mother.
"Mother, it was my fault that Gabbi-" I attempted to say.
"Gabrielle!" Mother corrected.
"It was my fault that Gabrielle was late," I said looking very guilty, though I was some what guilty."Just go downstairs, you two! Your farther and I will discuss this later!"
Gabbie and I trudged slowly down the stairs, about halfway down we went to an complete stop. We sniffed the air and turned to look at each other.
"Strawberry Crepe!" We said simultaneously.
We raced down the stairs, I won due to the fact I jumped over the banister of the stairs the was right next to the door of the dining hall.
"You cheated Debbie!" Gabbie pouted.
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did too!"
*Comment if you get that reference*"I say, you did not cheat and that's final!
"Okay, Gabbie have it your way, I didn't cheat, after all."
"Debbie, you tricked me!" Gabbie whined.
"Like a baby."
"That's not fair!"
"Neither is life."
"Hphm." She grunted.
We walked to our seats and sat quietly, while our parents were going down the stairs.
"Gabrielle and Debra were fighting, again!" Said my, dearly loved sister Fleur.
