Year two: the day we met

(FOR MOLLY - the first chapter, I know!!! Happy Birthday Sis!! I know we MET in Year R but we became friends in Year two sooo, I thought it would make a better story. Iz xox)

The teacher looked over the babbling class and smiled. She loved children. As her eyes swept over the class for a second time, they paused...  at two girls, she had never seen them together.  She watched at the nervous nod of one, and how the conversation started. well, it wasn't really a conversation, The girl with waist length hair and a pale completion, had started plaiting the other ones hair. She smiled again as she realised what the nervous nod was for. Izzy and Molly, yes, that was their names.

That was how we met. Well, in a way. Molly loved plaiting peoples hair and her confidence was always one of her strong points. She just asked. After that we just started spending more and more time together, growing up from year to year. But we are getting ahead of ourselves, this is called year two after all.

It was right at the start of year two when we met in fact I distinctly remember it was the first day... we made paper balloons and stuck pictures of our family and pets to it. I was sitting next to Molly, We were comparing them. Her pictures were mainly of her with her parents, such a perfect disguise.

Best friends tell each other pretty much everything, apart from the stuff you really don't want to know of course. Yet Molly, I don't know, she just seemed to not be telling me everything. When I asked her what she was doing on the weekends, she would just reply

"Oh, I don't know, busy stuff."

This later evolved to just simply

"Life."

And the conversation would end there. Little did I know, she and her parents were part of something I could never even dream of! Her adventures,  her enemies and all at the age of just thirteen! And I was only her un-knowing sidekick, In fact she would lead me on many adventures of our own...
