I say there zoned out on the clock, usually I would be paying attention to the lecture that my English teacher is giving but I just want today to be over. I was still zoned out thinking what was for lunch when my best friend Ashley tapped me on my shoulder making me jump to attention,I glared at Ashley as she tried to stifle a laugh. She passed me a note asking if I had seen the news lately, I wrote 'no' and handed it back. I pulled out my phone just as it chirped alerting me that someone had tweeted. My teacher gave me the death glare and went back to her lecture.
I turned my volume off so I wouldn't get in anymore trouble, and opened the news app. I started watching a video and it was pretty scary. There was a horde of people that were rotting like corpses. They look like zombies I thought. Then I mentally slapped myself zombies aren't real. The horde was attacking some swat team members. Suddenly a swat team guy got tackled and one of the ŦҤł₦G$ ripped off the guys helmet and.....*Ring Ring Ring* that was the bell signaling us to leave class and head to lunch.
