Grey's POV
"Yes! Finally ! After almost a year! Were here!" I screamed with delight.
"You're right" said Caryl in almost a whisper after he stretched his arms.
"Uhm..sorry to interrupt you two but we have to hurry to get inside" said the old lady as she approach us and I think she's in a hurry
"Oh okay!" I replied out of confusion
"Can you sense that something is wrong?" Whispered Caryl as we followed the old lady proceeding to the house's direction , and I could tell that this property is kinda big and also beautiful it had many flowers and trees there is also some doves just waking past us and totally ignoring our presence..
"Uh no, why?" I replied
"Nothing, maybe its just my thoughts" he uttered totally dropping the topic..
And then we entered the house
"I'm Amanda I am your property's care taker" she said then smiled
"Maybe you two are curious why we have to hurry to get here inside ,
Its just because there is something that's happening here in almost a month" Amanda telled us then deeply sighed
"Is there something we haven't know?" I asked
"Yes there is" Amanda replied immediately and locked the door after our driver and maid get in..
"Then what is it?" I asked very confused , I don't know why , but my heart is pounding so hard , then maybe Caryl noticed it so he hold my hand and smiled at me
"There were creatures outside this lot and they have green and bluish skin with only one eye, wide mouth and very long teeth" then Amanda cried..
"H-how did you know?" Asked Caryl
"Because those creatures killed my daughter!" She then cried uncontrollably
"I'm so sorry but you two have to go to your room upstairs , I'll just take care of Amanda" said the younger lady then carried Amanda away
I don't know what to do and I dont know what to say, but Caryl is still holding my hand and I felt somehow safe..
