AN: I was at the park the other night, looking up at the stars when this little one shot came to mind. I don't even know why, I just thought it was short, fluffy and cute. Enjoy ^^
"The stars are pretty, huh Sasuke?" The blonde looked up at the lit sky full of stars, then back down at the raven. They were both sitting on some swings in the neighboring park of Konaha High. Sasuke nodded, a slight smile on his face, "They...make me happy sometimes..." He looked back up at the stars. Naruto looked again at Sasuke, never really remembering the last time Sasuke had smiled from pure happiness. Sasuke looked down at Naruto, who was staring at him, "Are you alright, dobe...?"
Naruto looked down slowly, thinking about his past, "I....I..." He tried to articulate words, but nothing would leave his mouth. Sasuke gave Naruto a concerned look, even though he couldn't see it, "Is it...your parents...?" Naruto, with his eyes still hidden from the raven, widened his eyes slightly, surprised that Sasuke knew about his past. The blonde lifted his head up slowly, looking at Sasuke. He turned his head to the side slightly, "I thought it might be...you've always been sensitive about the topic..."
Naruto's head slowly drooped down again and tears started to well up in his eyes, "It's...It's just I-" Naruto was cut short by the raven's lips contacting with his own. Naruto widened his eyes again and blushed lightly. Sasuke pulled away slowly and smile lightly, "Just know...I'll always be there, no matter what you're going through." Naruto just stared out Sasuke for what seemed like hours. Then, the blonde suddenly jumped off the swing onto Sasuke, making him fall on top of him in the sand. They both laughing softly as Naruto rolled off of Sasuke and to the side of him.
He cuddled up against Sasuke, smiling. A faint "thank you" came out of the blonde's mouth before he closed his eyes and fell asleep against the raven's arm. Sasuke just smiled and stroked the blonde's hair softly, "Your welcome...Naruto."
AN: Well, what did ya think? It was really quick and short. I wrote it in about 30 minuntes right before I plan to go to bed tonight. I hope it was fluffy and cute enough for you guys ^^
