Manny POV

Its been 7 months and it's summer time. I was outside washing my car. My tank top got a little soaked so I took it off and continue to wash my car when I heard some one call my name. I looked around to see my cousin Jacob. We chatted for a bit. Took some selfies (picture up top) and introduce him to Darnell. Unique was with my mom on a Disney curse so they won't be back tell next weekend. I was low key missing my little girl.

Jake: Alright Little man ill catch up with you later.

Me: Cool

After he dabbed me up and I continue to wash my car. Once I was done I took a quite shower and got in the pool to relax my nerves because tomorrow is Darnell's family reunion and this is the first time his entire family will see me. Darnell left to go to work so I was in the house by my self. A few hours later I dried off and took me a nap until Nelly got home.

Darnell: babe? Babe??

Me: Mmmm what Nel

Darnell: come here I wanna cuddle

I moved over to him and he kissed my for head then I went to sleep.

Next Day

Darnell POV

It was about 2hours once we got to Silver springs park. Once we got there I looked over at Manny grabbed his hand and told him that everything is going to be alright. After we kissed, we got out of the car, grabbing our beach things and went to the location we're my family was at. I'm not going to lie I'm scared my heart was pounding and I felt like I was going to explode inside. I spotted my mom and next to her was.... my dad.

Me: Alvin why are you here

Alvin: Hi son

He reached out and I took a step back and just looked at him.

Alvin: come on can we let the past go

Me: as long as you are alive... never

I seen Manny's face drop. I looked at him and back at my father and walked away. I left Manny with our belongings. Walking off I heard Manny calling my name.

Manny: Darnell

I just kept on walking.

Manny: DARNELL!!!!

I stopped and he caught up to me.

Manny: what the hell was that back there.

Me : That was my father Alvin

Manny: well I know that.

He grabbed my face and a tear fell out my eye.

Manny: is there something you not telling me.

I looked at him in his beautiful brown eyes and I couldn't keep this away from him.

Me: When I was 16 Alvin took me to a cook out with his friends. Around that time I was dl so no one knew about me. This guy around twenty was looking at me from a distant. I didn't pay it no mind at first. Then I start noticing he would low key follow me around. Couldn't tell my father because he left me without me knowing so I just was stuck there until he got back. So I sat in the house while everyone was out side. Not noticing someone staring at me.

Flash back

Me: can I help you sir

Him: Yes you can

We walked over to me and touched my hair. I quickly got up and try to run away but he grabbed me by my hair and I fell.

Me: GET OFF ME!!!

Him: You going to tak this dick today

ME: DAAAAADDDDYYYY

Voice: Its okay son let it happen

I looked up to see my father video tapping this. I froze because want kind of father would do this. He sat there and watch his son get rapped.

End Of Flashback

Once I came to I see manny crying.

Manny: Im sorry baby. But i thought he wallked out on you and your mom

Me: He did, my mother dont know that it happen and i dont want her to know. It will break her soul.

He shook his head. I kissed him and we walked back to the park to find out my father left. I was low key relived. After that the day went by smooth. Me and Manny told them about us and they was happy for us. We should them pictures of our wedding and Unique. Today was a good day and my family fell in love with Manny. It was like a dream come true.

Manny POV

Once we got home. We didnt bother unpacking yet, so we just laid in the bed, cuddled and talked.

Me: Baby i really had fun today.

Darnell: I did to

Me: I Love your family

Darnell: They Love you to baby boy

Me: You think so

Darnell: I know so

We talked more about the events until i fell asleep in his arm.

Darnell POV

Once he went to sleep, I laid there and watched as his chest rises and fall. I kissed his forehead and closed my eyes.

Darnell: Thank You God for all that you have done for me. I found the guy of my dream. I have a beautiful 2 year old girl. What more can I have to make my life so greaceful .
