Hi. I'm Kendra. I'm an 18 year old girl, who is currently finishing up senior year at Northwood High School. I love the whole fashion and makeup world. I can spend hours at a time, just flipping through pages of magazines, and admiring the latest trends.

Ever since I was 8, I wanted to be a fashion designer. I was always the creative type, and I think that designing clothes would be the best way to let my creativity fly, and share it with the world.

You see, I have always been the "quiet girl" in school. I never could speak out, or anything along the lines of getting into social situations. I would always sit in the back of class, and doodle mannequins and my ideas for dresses, shirts, pants, you name it.

Yeah people thought that was odd, because I wasn't the kid that constantly disrupted class with nonsense, nor the popular cheerleader type. I was content being the "doodling fashion chick."

I have one friend at school, and her name is Marie. Marie is a lot like me. She likes to draw, and she loves makeup and fashion. The only thing is, is that Mary is a beauty guru on good 'ol YouTube. She is always talking about makeup and hair. Marie has about 10k subscribers and that's cool I guess.

I am taking a fashion marketing class this semester, and it is by far the best class ever. We get to pretend we have our own store, and make a board on how we would design it, what we would sell, and who the target customers would be. I get a kick out of that class, like seriously. If all my classes were fashion related, school would be tons less stressful and boring.

But I don't have all fashion classes. Just like any student, I have a math class, a chemistry class, a health class, a writing class, and a business class. I live in a pretty small town, so there's not a ton of students. I think there's about 703 students total at the high school. Thankfully I'm a senior though, and within a few months, I'll be a high school grad.

It's currently February 24th, and May 29th, will be the day I graduate. I can't wait, but at the same time, I'm not in a big hurry.

Everyone talks about how they're going to college to become a nurse, or how they're going to a community college to be a vet. Then there's me. See, I want to go to fashion school, but my mom would never let me move out of state, to a big, beautiful town like Denver, LA, or New York City. So I have no clue what my next step is.

I am working at a Forever 21 that they recently built here however. I love my job because of the clothes, atmosphere, and the experience of working in retail. I practically died of happiness when I got the job nearly 6 months ago.

So now that you got the rundown on who I am, let's get to present day. February 24th.
