Forever forgetful

Its gonna be a long year

'Maddie wake up' my mother called from the kitchen. I swear if there was a tv show about a woman who could yell really loud my mum would win.

It's the first day of school for term 1. I'm in year 12 so I turn 18 in 2 months, March 15 to be exact.

I hop out of bed and walk to my closet. I pull out my purple tank top with lace detailing on the bottom.I grab some dark blue denim shorts and some flip flops. I through my wavy brown hair into a messy bun. I look in the mirror to check that I don't look stupid and to my surprise the colour actually compliments my tan.

As I munch on my toast I call my 2 best friends, Demi and Liam.

'what do you want Maddz it's 7:30 school doesn't start for an hour.' Demi yawns into her phone I giggle for one second not even audible but Demi just makes me laugh at how she's the smartest kid in school and is the laziest person I know.

'Stop your whining, let me get Liam on the phone.' The phone rings exactly 2 times and then I hear the other line being picked up. but all I hear is the treadmill going at like a thousand miles per hour.

'Hello,' Liam says as if it's the best day in the world. 'What can I do for you lovely ladies.'

He never changes it's the same opening line every time he talks to us.

'Nothing' I reply casually. 'how's training going?' 'Good.' Liam is the schools quarterback and the most popular guy at school. I'm the weird girl that knows everyone unfortunately not everyone likes me but no one hates me that I know of except for Katie queen B and hunny that B does not stand for Beautiful!

Katie has always hated me I don't know why but she just has.

Demi is the smartest kid in school but still is as gorgeous as ever. She the type of girl that girls want to be and boys want to be with. but she has no time for boys. She lives by a saying she made up "to be successful in life you have to be single forever!"

'Guys do u want to meet after school.' I request hoping the answer is yes as I need to tell the something important. 'Sure' Liam replies as fast as he can. 'Demi' 'Demi!' 'DEMI!' 'I'm up I'm up.'

I can already tell this is going to be a long year.

OMG THIS IS MY FIRST BOOK IM HAVING A GREAT TIME WRITING IT PS IT GETS MORE EXCITING SO PLEASE ADD TO YOUR READING LIST. I JUST WANTED YOU GUYS TO GET TO KNOW THE CHARACTERS MORE PLEASE VOTE!!!!! And I will try update twice a week or more. I want this to be a long book with lots of action!!!
