Dr. Eggman tears Earth apart using chaos control and Sonic and Tails were separated from Knuckles, Amy and Cream. The two began to search for their friends and the source of the trouble (which was the separation of the chaos emeralds). But like always, Eggman was making everything from doomsday devices to kooky contraptions and was trying to vanquish Sonic once and for all. The most dangerous of these is Gemerl, a super fighting robot made from the data of Emerl.
