Sash P.O.V
The alarm pounded. 6 a.m. I got up and went to the bathroom. I took a long shower that woke me up and washed my hair. I blow dried my hair and pulled on my red panty with matching bra. I turned on the music on my phone and started to lister to One Dance by Drake.

Am Sashell Williams and am 27. Am a shawty and I live with my best friend Tash, my daughter and her daughter. They're both 4-y-o. Our baby daddies got in some trouble and got shot by a drive by and died. Sad isn't it. We try our best to give the girls everything they need even though that's not hard to do. Am a lawyer.

I went to my walk in closet and decided to wear a black pencil skirt with a black spaghetti strap blouse and my black jacket. I topped that with a 5inch red heels and my red hand bag. I combed my hair in a ponytail and went to Tash's room.
"Sis am gonna be out today so pick up the kids for me please." I begged her. Even though today was her day off it was my day to pick up the girls.
"No problem and come home early I've got a client for you and his brother is a friend of mines." She replied exaggerating on the friend.
"I'll be here by 5" I replied and shut the door.
I went downstairs and headed to my red BMW X5. I drove myself to work.

Tash's P.O.V
I'm Tasha Matgomery. Same age as Sash and we're both shawtys. I'm a superintendent at N.Y.P.D. I've got a surprise for Sash today. Well my friend Jason and his brother Nikirk has seen me and Sash in the park. Nikirk have a lil thing for her and wanted to see her from a long time now. He actually got a case for her to deal with but I've invited them over today for dinner.
I went down in my panty and hoodie to wake up the girls. They have a slight resemblance because they got their looks from their fathers who were twins. Cute huh. I started to get them ready and let them decide what to wear.
I made breakfast for them and while they were eating I prepared their macaroni and cheese for lunch with snacks and juices. Gabriel and Camoya Monroe.
I took them to school and went back home.
I went to my room and was changing when I saw my phone ringing. Jason.
'Hey'
'Wassup'
'Are you suppose to be at work today?'
'Nope day off and why are you calling me'
'Is there a reason for me not to?'
'You guys need to come over and help me make dinner and so exhausted'
'Be there in five...love you'
'Love you too'
With that I hung up. Don't take it the wrong way but that's how we talk.
I went downstairs just in time to hear the doorbell ring. I opened the door and it was them. I saw Jason staring down and Nikirk was just coming from the car. I looked down and realize I was only in my hoodie and panty that I had on before dropping the kids at school.
I ran upstairs and went to my closet and picked up a shorts and pulled it on.
I turned around into Jason and bumped into his chest. Quiet hard. "Sorry" he said.
"Why are you in here?" I asked.
"Nothing realized you were gone for a while now"
"I left downstairs less than a minute now good excuse" I replied while hitting him on his chest. He was leaning in to kiss me but I pulled away. Am not rushing things.
He stared at me then I walked around him and went downstairs. He ran behind me.
"Where's Nikirk?" I asked puzzled.
"Am here" he answered walking out of Sash's room.
"What were you doing in there?" I asked him.
"Nothing really just looking at her stuffs and pictures" he said creepy.
He was creepy.
I walked over to him and started to search his pockets and found one of Sash pictures. He pushed me off.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?"
He asked.
"I should be asking you that you came into my house and start to act creepy and going into my sis room"
I spat. Is this nigga crazy or something.
Jason was looking at us then he came to me. "Are you ok?" He asked.
"I am but I don't think your brother is" I replied still upset.
"Am sorry" Jason replied.
"You shouldn't be I think your bro should"
He stand there staring at Sashell's picture and I grabbed it from him.
He ran his finger through his hair and walked out off the house.
"What's up with him?" I asked Jason worriedly.
One, I don't want a psycho near Sash and two I don't want him near the girls like that.
"He's on meds"
"For?" I asked.
"Mom died and from ever since he's been drinking for no reason so he's band from drinking and has to take the meds for burning the alcohol in his body" he replied.
With no hesitation I ran outside to the car to him.
"Am so sorry" I said meaningful to him.
"I should be sorry lately the meds are keeping me a way like this but I'll be off them in the next two weeks" Nikirk answered.
I opened the car door for him to come back in he house and he did.
I went to the kitchen and checked the clock and it was 2p.m.
I grabbed my phone and the keys off the counter and ran to the car. I went to pick up the girls.
My phone started to ring and I answered it knowing it was Jason.
"Where are you?"
"I am gonna pick up the girls be there in 10"
"Okie"
I hung up the phone as I pulled in the parking lot. I saw the girls at the front of the school and went to sign for picking them up. They ran to me.
"How was school today?" I asked buckling their seatbelts.
"It was aight" Gabby replied.
I saw Moya opening her bag and handed me two letters.
It was a trip they had to Disney world in the next 3 months.

I went back home pulling up in the garage and I could smell the aroma coming from the kitchen.
I opened the door letting the kids running in first. I went to the kitchen and saw Jay and Kirk cooking spaghetti and meatballs.
"Are you two serious?" I asked.
"What's wrong haven't you seen two guys cooking?" They asked in return.
I laughed. "Thanks though because I wasn't planning to cook I was gonna order some food" I said.
"Lazy much" Jay said.
"Am not"
"You are" he answered while smiling. I saw the girls walking into the kitchen.
"Girls this is Jason my friend and this is his brother Kirk" I introduced.
They were standing still staring at them.
"Oh this one is my daughter"I said lifting up Moya.
Kirk stood there staring at Gabby until he finally lifted her up.
I could see the fear in her eyes.
I heard the door open and saw Sash walking in. Kirk put down Gabby when he saw her.
"What's for dinner?" she asked before recognizing the men.
"Uhm spaghetti and meatballs" Jason answered.
I started to laugh. Am like she is puzzled and he answered her question. "This is my friend Jason and his brother Nikirk" I told her.
"Nice to meet you two" she said while pouring out some orange juice.
She went on the counter and sat down.
"She's still immature" I said to the guys.
They chuckled. I went to the girls room and saw them doing each other makeover. Cute huh. "What do you want for dinner?" I asked them.
"Nuggets and chips" they both agreed. Are they serious? Am tired to cook right now. "Ok"
I went back to the kitchen and asked Sash to fry the nuggets for me but she denied.
"What were you doing whole day hoe, am gonna have a bath and eat some food and watch a movie I have no time for that" she stated.
"She wasn't even the one who cooked we did" Kirk spat.
"I knew that she was up to something" Sashell said.
"Great at least you guys kept your mouth shut" I said sarcastically. I turned to them expecting one off them to volunteer and cook for me. Well the kids.
"We'll do it" they both replied.
Sash walked off and I went for the kids to bathe them.

Sash P.O.V
I came home and saw two hot men in the house. Great nice way to treat a single lady. I pulled off my clothes and went to take a shower. I was in the bathtub thinking about Kirk. What was this case about? Why is he being so generous? Did he like me?
I came out of the bathroom and dropped my towel on the floor. I pulled on my lace panty with a bra and a crop top with a short shorts and a pair of socks. I wrapped my hair in a bun and took up my headphone and went downstairs. I saw the dinner on the table and he kids eating. I took a plate and went to the movie room and turned on the television and plugged in my headphone in my phone and started to listen music. Weird huh. Watching TV and listening music. Minutes later I felt someone taking off my headphone from my ears.
"What's that for" I asked.
It was Kirk. "Here's your juice" he said handing me a glass of lemonade.
"Am not disabled I can help myself ok" I said which was the truth. Ain't no stranger gonna come here and cook food and comfort me for no reason and I font know you.
He left the room. Tash can walking in after he left. "What's that for?" She asked.
"What?"
"You telling kirk you ain't disabled, don't you know love at first sight. And by the way he came to tell you about his case."she explained.
"Send him in" I mumbled knowing g she was right.
He came walking in. "Can I sit?" He asked.
"Sure" I said and rolled my eyes.
"Well there is this lady who was hitting up on me and I wasn't interested in her so she shot herself in her leg and made it look like its my fault and reported it to the police" he explained.
"Why should I believe you didn't like her and two why should I think that you didn't shot her?" I asked him.
"Am not that type of guy who hook up with any bitch and I wouldn't even think of hurting a lady no matter the circumstances ok" he answered.
I felt so safe around him know what he said.
"OK so I'll get a date in court and let you know more over the weekend" I replied.
He nodded in reply.
I heard Gabby calling. "Am in here" I said.
She came running to me and sat on my lap. I went on a cartoon for her to watch and was listening music same way.
"Is this daddy?" She asked suddenly pointing at Kirk. Mood:0%.
Did she have to ask this question? Should I say yes or no? Suppose kirk and I just remain as friends?
"Yes" he answered.
I was so amazed. Why did he do this for me?
He looked at me and smiled. Mood:50%. "He's daddy" I added.
She rolled over on his lap and stood on his legs. She started to smile and he kissed her on her forehead. Wow a stranger is now my child's father?
I left he two of them and went to the living room where I saw Jason and Tash. They were talking about what I don't know.
"Sis guess what Gabby just came and ask me?" I asked.
"What"
"She asked if Kirk was her dad"
"So what'd you say?" Jason ask.
"Well I was determine if I should say yes or no but he answered and said yes" I stated.
"Are you serious? Why'd he say that I mean you guys don't even know each other as yet so maybe he is planning to take it a little further but slowly" Tash replied.
Maybe she was right. Maybe he wanted us to know each other more. I hope he'll be the father figure for child. I went back to the room and saw them. They were fast asleep. Cute huh. I took a pic of them then I lift up Gabriel and took her to her room. When I came back to the movie room I saw Kirk awake. "You want a room to sleep?" I asked him.
"Is it yours" he asked smiling.
"No" I laughed. I took him to one of the spare rooms and went to the closet and got a bed lining for him.
"Goodnight" I said to him shutting off the lights.
"Aren't you gonna tuck me in? " he asked.
I turned around and covered him with the sheet and he kissed me on my forehead.
"Goodnight" he said.
I nodded and his time I turned off the light and didn't turn back.

Tash P.O.V
I woke up 9:42. I brushed my teeth and took off my shirt leaving me in my sports bra. I went downstairs to the gym and started to dance and exercise in one. I danced to Work by Rihanna and Drake.
15 minutes later I turned around into Jason.
"How long have you been here?" I based drinking some water.
"Long enough to see when you fell and you still looked cute" he said.
Omg is he serious.
"Are you ready for breakfast or are you guys leaving now?" I asked him.
"Well you sound like you want us to stay a lil longer so I'll stay" he replied. I smiled knowing he was right. I didn't want him to leave.
I went to the kitchen and decided to make omelette and bacon for breakfast.
I took a stool and stood on it to take down the electric mixer and almost fell when I was caught by Jason.
I stayed there in his arms staring at him when I leaned in and kissed him then pulled away. I rushed it? He put me to stand up and I continued the procedure with him asking me questions like where I'd my mother where is Moya father and so on. He made the tea and I went to call Sash and the girls. I woke up sash and she went to call Kirk.

Sash P.O.V
I went to the room that Kirk was staying in and woke him up. I felt idle so I took the pillow and slapped him.
"Why so rude?" He asked getting up .
"Felt idle anyways breakfast is ready"
I said.
"Thanks"
"For?"
"Letting me stay here" he said.
"Oh and thanks for being my daughters father figure hope it last for long" I replied.
"It will" he said.
"Promise" I agreed.
I went downstairs and ate with the rest of them.
There was complete silence for a period of time until Tash broke it.
"So what are the plans for today?" she asked looking up at me with her mouth stuffed.
"Well am planning to go get the girls hair done and stop by Timera" I said mimicking her.
Timera was one of our friends that got divorced last year and is now a single mama like us with a 4-y-o son.
My phone started to ring. It was Liam one of my clients who was actually hooking me up but I wasn't interested in him.
I stared at the phone until it rang the third time and Kirk asked if I wasn't gonna answer it.
'Hey sexy'
'What's your problem?'
'Just felt like to call ma'
'Unless you are asking about the case don't call me' I said with the words nedging between my teeth. With that I hung up.
"Liam isn't it?" Tash asked.
"As expected"
We were through with the breakfast and I bathe the girls and went to my room.
I was choosing what to wear when I heard the door open. It was Kirk.
"What do you want?" I asked him.
"Am leaving now and you need to change your attitude that's stink" he stated. What the ****?!!
"You come on up in my fucking his and dicta-" I burst put before he covered my mouth from behind me.
I could feel his hard **** rubbing on my ass.
"That's what am talking about" he whispered calmly in my ear sending tingles down my spine.
"Am sorry" I mumbled.
He kissed me on my neck and my hormones raised.
"Am leaving now" he said once again. I smiled and said alright.
He slapped me on ass. I took off my shorts as he walked out of the room.
I wrapped a town around my chest and was about to step in the bathroom when I heard the door open again. Without hesitating I pulled kirk by his belt and went downstairs with him.
"Good bye" I said firmly.
"Why so rough baby?" He asked sexually.
I just smiled and shut the door.
"What was that for?" Tasha asked when I turned and saw her standing in front of me .
"OK" I started as I was pulling her with me to my room as I continued"Kirk came in here and told me he was leaving and I replied giving him a lil attitude then he told me I needed to drop it and I was blasting out some bad words before he covered my mouth and kissed me on my neck and damn girl his dick is so hard when he leant on my ass and he came back again so I brought him downstairs" I ended intensely.
"Y'all know each other for one day and you acting up like this I know your dying to be with him!" She stated and that made me laugh knowing that's its true. I mean, who wouldn't die for a fine as nigga like him and I've been single for 4 and a half years because Gabby's father died when I was pregnant with her.
"Whatever because I know you feel the same way for Jay and he's a nice person unlike you" I replied.
"Am gonna get ready"

We've just arrived at the hair dresser with the girls.
"We'll pick them up by the next three house which is 4o'clock" I said to Sherill.
"But mami I wanted to go to Daddy's house today" Gabby said to Sash.
She sighed.
"Daddy's come by today babe"
"Can I see my daddy today too?" Moya asked.
"Sure hunny"

We walked right into Timera's house without even calling.

"I see that your working out to get those ass" Sashell said to her before slapping it.

I walked into the kitchen and saw a bottle Hennessey and popped the cork.
"Y'all don't hear that Marlon's hoe be saying that am hitting up on him am like why the fuck if I wanted Marlon he'd be in my arms already bitch please and I hear that she's going to my store arguing with my workers" Timera explained.
"That hoe must be fuckin' crazy" Sash said.
"When is she coming by your store again cause I wanna see that shit to fuck her up even though I don't know her" I added.
"I heard that she's making threat that she's gonna get my store shoot up"
She answered not sounding fearful.
"Maybe she's even down there right now" I stated.

We went down to the mall and went to the Dash Store. It was a big store that sold jeans dresses shirts bath suits shoes and strip wear.
I grabbed my bag and stepped out of the car with Timmy and Sash.
I don't think you wanna know who I just saw. Hold up.
Kirk. Jay. The bitch.
"What are you two doing here?" Sash asked.
I saw when Jay was pushing her away from Kirk.
"You remember the girl I told you about here she is" he told Sash.
Obviously this girl was drunk because I saw her walking towards Sash and Timmy.
Timera really wasn't playing because she gave her a slap across her face that send off the alarm in the store.
" Bitch I want you to stay away from my store and if I ever see you around here again-" she was saying before I cut her off.
"You'll be dying in pain"
"I want you to stay far from my fucking man also" Sashell said.
Did she heard what she said by the way?
Oh no time for this right now.
"Are you crazy or something?" I yelled when I felt her stepping on my foot with heels.
I tugged her by her hair and started throwing some punch.
I felt a weight off me when I realized that she got knocked out with a Moscato wine bottle by Sashell.
I felt Jay pulling me away from her and Kirk grabbed Sash.
