Chapter 1.




I'm Desiree, the oldest out of my three sisters, and the most hated out of the family. Don't ask I don't even know why. My sisters are Carter and Kailin, there both pretty, I'm 16, and Kailin and Carter are twins, at the age of 15. Their my parents favourite since they play soccer instead of volleyball, and get better grades than me and they aren't on their computer all day. My dad has been abusing me since I was 6, physically, sexually since I was 11. Nobody knows or else he would hurt me even more.

I usually cover up my bruises with makeup, the best I can. Then I wear hoodies all the time to cover my cuts and bruises. I'm not what you say "depressed" but I do wish for a better life. To stop cutting, to be who I am supposed to be not what people call me. I want my dad to stop hurting me in any way possible, I want a real life. I want to stop worrying on what might happen when my mom takes my sisters to soccer and me and my dad are home alone. I want an unbroken family. My sisters to not hate me, the same for my parents, but I never get what I want, it's just a tragic life style I've grown up with.

My life at school is pretty good, I'm considered popular, I have really good friends, but I'm also considered a slut, since my dad took away my virginty.. Nobody knows it was him though, nobody will find out either. I have a crush on Matt Grenwole. The schools athlete, he's perfect in my eyes, but he's dating Genaveve, the schools drama queen. Nobody actually likes her, she's just popular because of Matt. She's strawberry blonde hair with green eyes, while I'm a light brown with crystal blue eyes with a dark rim.




My life is not good, but this is a outline of it, trust me it gets worse.
