Chapter Six

    There was nothing. Just darkness, dust, a few boxes, other crap, and me.

    How!? I then noticed the stairs that lead back to the first floor. It was a fast way to move storage, or to escape. I frowned with annoyance and frustration. Then my phone made a noise.

-Unknown Number-

Aw so close~I almost panicked *0*

    A hand placed itself on my shoulder, scaring me half to death, also making me scream. I whirled around ready to fight.

    "Woah! Calm down!" June backed away, she smiled childishly.

    I sighed with relief. "Sorry, I've ju-" I stopped myself before I told her something, so far June was okay but I wasn't trusting her with what was happening.

    "Just?" June eyed me suspiciously "Why exactly are you here?"

    "No reason! I'm just...taking a walk." I start shuffling my feet nervously, she'd have to be stupid not to notice I was lying.

    "Oh really?" June crossed her arms and glanced a Julian with an annoyed look.

    "Yes really!" Change the topic quick!  "Where have you been?"

    This time June looked nervous "Oh just...taking a walk."

    I narrow my eyes, it was obvious we both were lying, yet we ignored it. "Cool, I'm just gonna go." I awkwardly step to the side.

    June stops me. "We'll come with!"

    This was when my brain was screaming no, but my vocal cords or whatever made you talk, said sure. So me, June, and Julian made our way down the hall, because I didn't expect them to follow me. Well Nina, what are you gonna do? I bit my lip as we reached the end of the hall, I glanced at the stairs the at the hall in front of me.

    "I'm going to my next class early." I turned to June, she was on her phone, but when she noticed me watching her she instantly put her phone away.

    That was suspicious! I bet June's the one texting me! No sooner had I thought that my phone made a noise.

Are you done trying to find me? That makes me sad T^T

    I glanced at June who was watching me with an irritated look. With confidence that I knew who was behind all the messages.

-Me-

I know who you are now! So stop this!

     "Hey Nina? Not that I don't like hanging out in the hall...but you know..." June faked a smile and turned to Julian the back to me.

    "Oh! Yeah, you can go ahead and leave, I'm sure you've got something to answer to." I glared at her, waiting for my phone to notify me of a new text.

    "Um...Okay?" June grabbed Julian's arm, gave me a weird look, and walked off.

And who am I exactly?

June I know it stop playing dumb!

June? No no no I'm not June...however if you want to call me that go ahead

-Me-

Don't lie! I saw you on your phone just before I got a text!

Really? Do you honestly think that I'm THAT stupid

How you wound me! But no darling I am not June

    With an irritated mood I went to put my phone away, but then it made the annoying-all to familiar-noise.

I suggest looking behind you Nina dear

    I widened my eyes and shut my phone off, then was about to slowly turn around. When someone covered my eyes, obscuring my vision.

    "Guess who~"
