My life is over

School...what can you say, most people say it's rubbish and its the worst years of their lives; but honestly it's not that bad right?
I'm Brooke Evans, I'm 17 in my last year of school and honestly don't know what I want to do when I leave school!
Everything isn't going too bad in my life, I mean I love my friends and what more do you need than people around you who you love.

I woke up at 6:30 in the morning as my alarm woke me up. Slowly stumbling out of bed I managed to make it to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and surprisingly I didn't look that bad!

I then got in the shower and did my daily morning routine which consisted of showering, brushing my teeth, doing my hair and then applying basic makeup.

I was finally finished and was about to put on my uniform (as I live in England I have to wear uniform).

I gathered my things for the day and walked downstairs, saying goodbye to my mum and dad and big brother Grayson.

I arrived at school and met up with my best friends Jess and summer.

I happily listened to my music through my headphones as I approached my front door.

I turned the key in the door and opened it, shouting hello. The mood in the house was dead silent and weird..something didn't seem right. My mum and dad were sitting in the living room (which normally my dad would still be at work) as I approached the sofa they were sitting on. I dumped my bags in the hallway and sat down.

Confused I asked what was wrong...
Little did I know I was about to get the shock of my life.....
