Liliona's POV
"Hey Lil." My best friend Riley said. Riley and I have been friends since I moved here in 1st grade. In 4th grade I met Isabella and Logan. They are my good friends but Riley and I closer to each other.

"Hey Ri. What are you doing here?" I asked wondering why he was in my room. "I thought you had to work today?"

"I wasn't going to let you be alone today! How could I?" Riley questioned me. Why was he making a big deal about today? I don't understand.

"Ri, what is the big deal about today? It's just a regular Saturday."

"Lil, what day is it?"

"Um, February 12th. What's the big deal?" I was still confused.

"Lil! You have got to be kidding me! You seriously don't know what day it is today?" I shock my head no. "Liliona! It's your 18th birthday! How could you forget?"

Holy crap. It's my birthday? How could I forget? "Oh. I guess it is. It's no big deal. It's just another day. No one wants to celebrate with me anyway." I shrug and continue with my computer.

"Lil," Riley makes his way over to my bed and puts his arm around me, "come on. I want to go out and celebrate. Now, miss grumpy pants, stand up and put this on." Riley goes to my closet and grabs a black dress that goes down to my mid thigh.

"Why this one Ri? Don't you think it's a little...um...short?" I hardly wear that dress. My mom bought me the dress one day after we had one of our "moments". A "moment" with my mom consist of me getting mad and my eyes turning red and breaking into a rage. It's happened to me since I was born. Everytime it happens my mom gets scared and basically hides from me. Than she feels bad and takes me on a shopping spree. Anyway.....

"I think you look hot in it." Riley says to me with a wink. I start to blush and look away. "Come on. Get dressed. Ten minutes."

"Ri, where are we..."

"Shh. It's a surprise. Just get dressed." Riley said and them left my room. I started to get dressed. I did my make-up and put the dress on. It rested on my thighs and shaped my curves perfectly. I step out of my room and down to the living room where Riley was waiting.
