I Won't Kill Anymore (Attack on Titan)

A/N this story is based on the episode and continuing when Eren almost killed Mikasa because he couldn't control his Titan power yet. Rated T for language. My first Attack on Titan fanfiction attempt so yeah.... I don't own Attack on Titan or any anime.

Chapter 1- I did that?

Levi came up to Eren and started to kick and punch him, as if taking his anger out on him. Not a second was waisted when blood would come out of him. Eren did nothing since he was on chains, attached to a pole, and aimed. Mikasa, on the sidelines, watched in horror as her 'brother' was getting hurt.

"Please stop hurting him!" Mikasa shouted. Everyone looked at her. The judge took a look at her.

"Ah, yes Mikasa Ackermen. A foster child to the Jaeger family. So, tell me Mikasa, why should he stop hurting him...when Eren was the one about to kill you in Titan form. Correct?"

Eren heard everything. He...he tried to kill Mikasa? That couldn't be possible. He saw her and mom at the dishes cleaning and his father at the table drinking tea. It couldn't be true right?! Mikasa hanged her head. She tried to come up with something that would get Eren out safely.

"Lying isn't going to help." One of the soldiers said next to her.

"If you lie only matters get worse." Eren looked at Mikasa and waited for a response and so did rest of the court.

"Well?" The judge asked.

".....Yes....Eren did tried to kill me, but it was only a scratch that's all..." Mikasa wiped her left side hair out her face to show a small scar. Eren had wide eyes. He did try to kill her. He hanged his head in shame. He tried to kill what's left of his family, but it wasn't him. No, he didn't even bother to control the Titan and it worked on its own.

"Damnit!" Eren thought. "How could I let this happen?!"

"What should we do Judge?" One of the aimed guys asked. The judge thought about it before picking up his gavel.

"Eren Jaeger, is guilty." Mikasa eyes opened. "The damage he has caused to our homes, plus no control of his power, and almost murdering his family. But I will allow him to stay in the underground prison, guarded." He raised his gavel. Armin put a hand on Mikasa's shoulder to show support.

"That is my finally decision!"

Eren was sitting on the bed while in chains. The guards were there with him but fell asleep. He could still hear the gavel echoing in his head.

" I almost killed her" Eren whispered. "Did I try to kill anyone else?"

He glanced up at the walls and bars around him, taunting his freedom. He didn't deserve such privilege like freedom. The only sounds that could be heard was the light snoring of the guard. He folded his legs Indian-style resting his arms on them. A few moments of silence he could hear footsteps, but rapidly as if the person was running. He heard another set of footsteps.

"Mika...Mikasa! You're going to...fast!" That sounded like Armin. Mikasa is here too? No way he can face her. Not after what he tried to do.

"Eren!" Mikasa was in front of the bars holding two of them. Armin came behind her panting and put a hand to his chest to control his breathing.

"Eren, I'm so sorry this happened to you. You're not suppose to be here. It was your first time to control a full Titan it takes a lot of work to do that. I know you can do it if they just listen to you....I'm terribly sorry, Eren!" Mikasa tightened her grip on the bars from frustration and sadness. Armin watched while he tried to keep an eye out for the guard. Making clanking sounds, Eren layed down on the bed and put his hands on his forehead.

"It's for the best.." Mikasa and Armin looked at him.

"I've been nothing but trouble. I made the boulder fit but I caused to much damage. Everything was my responsibility but I failed it...I failed everything..."

"That's no true! And you know it Eren!" Mikasa narrowed her eyes.

"Like you just said. You did fit the boulder. Yes you caused many things but we just discovered what you can do and it's new to everyone. They shouldn't jump to conclusions like that!"

Eren got up from the bed and walked over to Mikasa. He put his hand on hers, not looking at her. Once he did Mikasa saw that his eyes didn't have determination and bravery before. He had the eyes of guilt, empty, sadness and lost. She didn't understand what happened to the old Eren.

"Mikasa..." Eren began. "Remember this. Don't even bother to change my mind. It won't work. What I've done to many people and you made me realize that fighting is no good for me. Look what happened to Thomas. Because of what I told him he's dead. I made him believe something that isn't true. I am useless."

Mikasa didn't want to hear such lies. He isn't useless. Without him she wouldn't be alive. When they were little she swore to repay him for everything he has done to help her get back on her feet. Of course there is no possible way she could do that so she tries to.

"Wha...what are you trying to say?" She asked.

"Mikasa...." Everytime he said her name she would get chills down her spine.

"I will never fight again." Mikasa opened her mouth in surprise.

"What?"

A/N o hello how ya doing? cuz I'm doing good! lawlz ok so its my first AoT fanfic as you read before the story and the story right now is a little the same but it is a fanfic and I can't remember who said that to Mikasa! I know her I don't know her name! >.< so...yea that's it...
