Be a perfectionist to yourself, not to others. Being able to scrutinize and improve things the way they are around you is perfectionism, to whatever maybe available to your time and situation. Contrary to popular belief, perfection is not always true vis a vis today and yesterday. Always remember that there are always better things than its best. Never compare other's views with yours; you'll just both end up to destruction. Remember that perfectionism is subjective. It can never be true to anybody what you consider ture to yourself in a random basis. Never expect that anything others do will be its best. Being "you" is always different than that of being "you with them."
Never think that you are better than anyone else. Being a perfectionist speaks for itself, rather than you making the buzz about yourself. Think deep. People around you must notice the innate perfection in everything that you work with rather than skipping it and then make words with your fellows. Never guess or assume what others might say about your work. Focus on improvement anf do not play the blame game. It will end you up to unproductivity: one of the traits a perfectionist in work must never have, for at the end, you will end up being a perfectionist on who to blame.
