It had been a few months since the incident. Everything had gone back to normal after they moved. Life just went on like it was meant to, and Tom could finally relax. He sat on his bed, Susan in hand. He strummed random strings in boredom, knowing that he'd definitely never finish that song if he tried.
He kept this up until he heard footsteps at the front door. Tom looked up, glaring forward. He waited; nothing. "Whatever," he murmured to himself, and went back to strumming. Moments later,  there was loud clashes from the other side, as if someone was begging for help. Tom jumped at the sound, and tumbled on the floor. Fortunately, he didn't drop Susan. He sighed with relief as he ran to the door and nervously unlocked it. The strange person barged through, and pushed tom back with great force.
He stumbled back onto the floor, as the person stood there waiting. It took Tom a second to realize who it was. Tom slowly stood up, his back hurting like hell, and walked closer to Tord who was standing by the door. He gave him a long glare,"what do you want now Tord?" Tord stood there, biting his lip, looking as if he was about to burst like a bubble. "I-I'm," he said in a raspy tone," I'm s-sorry!" Tom threw his arms up as the scared man ran towards him, and locked his arms in between his sides. Tord starting sobbing violently.
"I'm s-sorry-y-y-y" Tom patted the shaky person that clutched him, giving some sort of comfort. "Hey hey buddy, calm down, please-" he was interrupted as Tord shouted,"I'm sorry I fucked up!" He  idly stood there, releasing his hands from Tord.
The soulless eyes took some time to notice the huge scar running across his cheek, as Tord dug his face further into his hoodie. Tom took a deep breath, and exhaled,"Listen, I'm," he stumbled a bit. At the moment he wasn't very happy with Tord, but he was in need of help."I'm sorry. I really am. Do you wanna talk about it?"
The hooded face perked up like cat ears to gaze into non-existing eyes, tears bubbling down his face. There was a long lasting silence as they stared at each other.

Tord replied faintly,"y-yes."
