we are the champions !!

so my soccer team isn't an amazing team and we're all aware of it

we bad a really great defense and we were one of the least scored-against teams in the league

but we also happened to have the least goals scored

so anyways this weekend was our final tournament and we lost our first game to (we'll call them team red)

we won our second game to team white

and we tied with team green

team green had lost against team red and won against team white so when we played against them we had the same record

what brought us to the finals on the tournament was the fact that only one goal was scored against us

so then we had to play the red team again

the red team had won every game on the tournament, hadn't been scored on the entire tournament, and was undefeated in their regular season

we beat them 4-2

i got the final goal

it was a crazy shot from half field and it dipped into the goal at the last second

it was my first (and last) goal of the season

i've been to this tournament three times

the first two times i get second

i guess third time's the charm :)
