Even though Amelia finally got a target, there was still one flaw her plan. That flaw being that she didn't even have a plan. I mean, how was she going to kidnap a boy who is probably a lot stronger than a 5'3, quiet, weak little girl.

Maybe...
She could try...
Talking to him?
She was pretty good at acting.

If she figured out a way to "befriend" him, she could lure him to her basement.

Amelia slowly got up and walked over to Alex. Shaking, she pulled out the empty chair next to him and sat down.

"H-Hi.... I'm A-Amelia." She stuttered.

"Oh, hi." He replied and quickly put away his notebook.

"Your name is Alex, right?" She asked. Alex nodded. "I know what it's like being new. I came to this school last year. If you want to sit with me at lunch today, you can." She offered.

"Thanks." He smiled.

"If you don't mind me asking... what were you drawing in your notebook?" Amelia asked. Alex's cheeks went slightly pink.

"It was nothing..." he whispered.

"You should show it to me! I won't judge your drawings or anything." Amelia pleaded.

"Uh... Ok. Please don't be weirded out..." he said. Alex opened up his notebook and hesitantly handed it to her.

There, on the page, was a drawing of Amelia. It was beautiful! This drawing looked just like her! Amelia had never talked to another student for this long without them ditching her, and now he was drawing her! This kid isn't so bad.
