The Man I truly love

"Nick I can't do this..." I stopped in front of the club feeling his hand let go out of mine as he was still walking. Once our hands were apart he stopped and turned around facing me with confusing eyes. A few pieces of his beach blonde hair was in his face. I could see his natural brown roots.

With his tan skin, it brought out his beautiful ocean blue bright eyes. His dark eyebrows were pressed firmly together "What do you mean you can't do this?"

I looked away at the club then shook my head "Never mind. Its nothing." I smiled at him. He smiled back softly sending butterflies through my tummy then he bend down kissing the tip of my nose. Nicks fingers went in between mine as he led us to the club. I began to pick up my breathing again just at the vibration of music's beat.

We paused for a moment so I could take it in then once Nick took a step I used both of my hands pulling him to me saying "Wait," Then I quickly flipped off his two layers that were on the wrong side getting a smile from him. "There you go."

"Thanks babe." He led me through the doors entering the crazy zone. The heavy hard loud beats that ran through the place. Nick and I pushed past the couples and single people that were dancing like animals. We searched for our 'friends' well Nicks friends at least. I don't have any friends besides Natayla Neidhart.

"Hey you love birds!" We both turned to see Brie Bella and the others behind her. Nick hugged her then I did saying "Congrats on you Bryan. I'm happy for you!"

She blushed lightly then said "Thank you! Come over I ordered some shots!" She got in between Nick and I dragging us over to the table where a bunch of shots where. I put my hand up waving at everyone saying hey. Of course like always everyone just quietly said hello. I frowned a little when Brie handed me and Nick a shot. I looked at it trying to fight the urge of how much I wanted it. Inside my stomach twisted up warning not to do it. But I saw everyone drinking their drinks and it reminded me how amazing it felt and the amazing taste.

I drank the shot letting the sweet alcohol run down my throat. I slammed my glass on the table and immediately started downing shots form left to right. "Damn Nicole!" Someone yelled as I wiped the running alcohol off my lips.

"What kind if drinks do you want?" Rob asked. I shouted above the music "Anything that's whiskey!" He asked you sure and I nodded to have Nick agreed "Same!" Rob took off and everyone was talking To each other. I sighed looking up at Nick then reached up on my tippy toes saying "Nick none of them like me."

He looked around then pressed his lips to my ear saying "Screw them then! They don't see what I see and their idiots! You're an amazing woman and you're mine!" I blushed lightly then Rob handed us our drinks and without any hesitant I downed my dunks of whiskey and that's when the rest of the night became a blur for me.

~The next day~

I groaned against something soft when I felt the aching pain All over my body but worst of all, in my head. I rubbed my eyes seeing that I was alone in bed. I got up and noticed Nick wasn't here but there was a note. Sitting up I blinked letting my eyes adjust as I read it.

Dear Nicole,

You probably don't remember but you got hammed last night and blurted out that you have two kids that were taken away from you because your alcohol problem. And to be honest that blew me away and made me think differently about you like what else have have you not told me? I can't be with someone that won't be honest to me. We're over Nicole.

I didn't realize I was crying until I finished reading the note and I sob. I felt tears leak down my cheeks as I sobbed harder bring my knees to my chest hugging them tightly. My stupid drunk ass told Nick what had been bothering me telling him that I have kids! God I ruined everything! My relationship with the only man that truly cared for me is now over. I buried myself in Sorrow and hatred.

Felt like I was sitting there for while until my stomach growled loudly reminding to eat. I looked over at the alarm clock seeing it was almost three and they'll be serving lunch still then I'll go work out after and try to get my mind off the fact that Nick left me. I stripped out of my red dress from the night before into a black sports bra, red Nike tank top, my black short shorts that had written RUBY, and my high top red Nike shoes that Nick had brought me. He wrote his name on the Nike symbol. I frowned then left entering the Lobby only to see Nick sitting with Rob.

I went over to food section taking some then sat down by myself at a table gently nibbling on my food. I made a face after I shallowed it. It was nasty. Probably because I'm late for lunch. I sighed pushing the plate of food away.

"Mind if I sit here?" A smoothing sexy voice asked. I looked over seeing Nick standing there with a pink v-neck shirt on and blue jeans. "No go ahead." I gestured my hand for him to sit. As he sat he glanced at my plate "It doesn't taste good huh?"

I shook my head with a giggle. My knees with up against my chest as Nick ran a hand through his hair combing it back "So do you want to go get something to eat with me?" I raised an eyebrow confused "uh...sure. Let me go change." I got up to go to my room when my arms as gently grabbed. My eyes meeting Nicks who's were so soft "No you look amazing." He smiled at me making me melt inside.

"O-okay." I stuttered with a shy blush following him out the hotel. He took me to T.G.I Fridays being a gentlemen opening the door for me. Once we were seated and order our drinks and food Nick looked super nervous. How I knew That was every time he is, he runs his hands through his hand and they start to shake. He always avoids eye contact. How do I know? That's how he acts when he ask me to be his.

I bit my lower lip and hesitantly reached across the table gently putting my hand over his rubbing my thumb softly over his hand to have his blue eyes meet mine "Nick what's wrong?" He sighed softly taking his hand out of mine bring it up to my cheek cupping it. He watched his hand then brought the other up. His hands against my skin absolutely felt amazing. This weird bubble feeling bubbled in my tummy.

Then his hands dropped down onto the table with his eyes as the waiter set our food down. It was complete silence as we ate. It was becoming weird awkward silence. I couldn't take it anymore and I set down my fork clearing my throat.

"I know that I have kids should have been the first thing to tell you when we met. I didn't tell you because I was still dealing with the fact that I don't have them anymore," I felt my eyes get teary eyed "I mean who would want to be with someone that had her kids taken away from her because she was a alcoholic? No one would and I was just afraid that you wouldn't love me. Either way I lost the man I truly love because I lied."

I didn't keep the tears from falling as i looked right into Nicks eyes admitting this. He was silent. Said nothing. I went back to eating then we finished going back to the hotel. I immediately bolted going to my room. I collapsed when I was alone breaking down inside like never been. My shirt was soaked in tears as I began to roughly pull my hair. I slightly jumped at a knock at the door. Getting up I opened it knowing it was Nick "What do you want? To mak-" I was cut off when a pair of warm lips crashed down to mine pushing me back into my room.

Wrapping my arms around his neck as the sparks went off I kissed back passionately but a little wild. My tangled in his hair as he locked the door holding my waist tight to his. He licked my lower lip and granted permission exploring my mouth making me give him a moan as I led him to the bed. Setting him on the bed I set my knees on each side of his waist kneeing taller than him. "I love you." He told me his hands going up my shirt. "I love you too." I gasped for death against his lips only to have them crashed upon.

"Nicole," he whispered against the corner of my lips "I love you so much and I have never felt this way for anyone. I want you to be mine forever and I will be with you no matter what through anything," he pulled back pulling out a black box with a beautiful diamond ring "Will you marry me?" I nodded started to cry but for happiness "yes!" He slid it on my finger then went back to kissing me. Happiness ran through me ! I'm in love with Mr. Show Off!

~a year later~

I finally got my kids back! Caroline and Henry now live with me and their father Nick. They are excited for their new brother or sister to step foot In this world onto our big happy family. I am Nicole Nemeth the wife of Nicholas Theodore Nemeth.
