First off, I'ma introduce meself. I'm Faye.
Second off, I need to tell you first that I'm a person of comment. When I read, I don't only read the story. I read every word. Also, I am such a grammar nazi although I'm not so perfect myself. I do notice when other people get it wrong. Ha.
Third off, I guess you're wondering why the hell would I put up this Story Reviews when there is a comment box. Well, to tell you honestly, I'm a silent/mobile reader. I am a very busy person with so much time on her hands that I can't go on computer everyday just to comment on a one-page chapter that didn't make sense okay. Just to tell you, I'm the kind of reader that finishes the whole story first before I can even decide what I thought about a certain book. A single extravagant first chapter isn't gonna win me. I look at a story as a whole. I look at how you try to develop your story and characters. This is why is takes me a dang while before I can decide whether I want your story or not. So, if I stayed long enough to read your story until the end, then clap your hands because you are good. And I'm not exaggerating because I'm very picky of what I read.
Fourth off, therefore, I made this Story Reviews thing. That part will be dedicated to the author. Of course, who else? You won't see me dedicating a review to the author's dog, don't you?
Fifth off, if you are the author, please, please don't be offended or anything. Remember, what I'll be giving is a constructive criticism. It will point out your flaws but will also suggest you room for improvements. I don't review to hate, I review to help, okay? So please, no hard feelings.
