"Who was that?" Aurora asked Roy, scowling.
"That would be Starling City's very own Vigilante" Roy explained, "He kills the protected scum of the city. The ones that are harder for more normal people like us to get to. He gets rid of those who abuse the seemingly endless amount of power they have. Like a slightly more twisted Robinhood. I don't know that much, but from what I've heard and seen, I like him"
"Who says it's a he?" Aurora punched Roy's arm
"Well that's one deep voiced girl" Roy chuckled
"Well obviously that's not their real voice" Aurora rolled her eyes
"What? Why not?" Roy asked
"They were using a voice scrambler. I saw it. Hey, we gotta get some of those. Our voices are pretty recognizable" Aurora noted
"You get on that Ms Allen" Roy smirked, as he exited Aurora's car.
"Night Ro" Aurora said
"Night" He waved before heading into his house.
Aurora zoomed off and arrived at her apartment in a probably illegal amount of minutes.
She entered her house quietly, took off her suit and returned it to her bag, and took out a vodka bottle. She poured herself half a glass of pomegranate juice and then filled the rest with the berry vodka. Aurora walked to her couch and turned on the news, sipping her drink. The news broadcasted the break-in and talked about Aurora, Roy, and the Vigilante's appearances.
"Just an hour ago there was a break in at the Bates Co Headquarters right here in Starling City. The four armed robbers killed Hannibal Bates before two mysterious characters showed up. Our dark crime-fighting boy and girl duo, who we've seen quite a few times in the past few years, took out the armed robbers, seemingly with the help of Starling City's new archer Vigilante. We're waiting on word from the police to confirm if the robbers are dead and what caused such a violent attack on Hannibal Bates" The anchorwoman reported. Aurora scoffed
"Yeah, the vigilante was such help" She rolled her eyes, downing the rest of her drink.
Aurora sighed before getting up to brush her teeth and get ready for bed. She checked that her doors and windows were locked and that all her 'security devices' we're in place. She collapsed onto her bed and tried to fall asleep. But something was keeping her up. Someone was keeping her up.
Aurora's conversation, if that's even what it was, with Oliver still lingered in her brain. It made her heart ache and her head hurt and left her feeling guilty and upset. And she knew no amount of alcohol could help her this time.
Aurora didn't sleep well that night.

Aurora got up when the sun did, since she had barely slept anyways. After taking a long, hot shower she brushed her teeth, put the bare minimal amount of make up on, and threw on a white shirt/jacket and white high waisted pants. After some thought and multiple minutes of standing in front of her mirror, she threw her hair up in a twist on the back of her head, securing it with various red bejeweled pins.
Aurora then went out to her balcony garden. Within the small space, she managed to have quite a thriving garden; which wasn't surprising, seeing as she minored in botany. Aurora loved plants. So, as the sun rose over Starling City, she went and watered and kept up her various plants. She had everything from a dwarf apple tree, to a strawberry bush, to cacti, to little baby bulb succulents. And she tended them all with as much care as she would a child.
She harvested a few of her strawberries in a little basket and headed inside. She cut them up and made herself strawberry pancakes and then headed off to work. Aurora decided that being up that early, wasn't nearly as horrendous as she thought.
