Where Did You Say I Was? No! That can't Be Right! (Another Naruto Fanfic)

"Lei!"  Someone shouted at me impatiently.  "Lei!  Come on quit day dreaming and listen!"  

I chuckled to myself that was Kate she had started going on about that silly anime show she loved and I had tuned her out.  She hated when I did that.

"Are you even listening?"  She asked

Don't get me wrong she was my best friend and always will be, but the way she goes on about that stupid show, it's, it's infuriating!! What was it called??  Amuto?  No Laruto?  No now that's just crazy!  Come on think!

"I mean every time I start talking about Naruto you tune me out!"  

Oh yeah!  That was it Naruto!

"I listen to you when you talk about your sports, and you talk about those like twenty-four seven!" 

"I do not!"  I shouted in defense.

"Ah you finally speak."  She teased.

In my defense she talked more about Naruto than I did sports.  I was know as the "athletic" girl at my school because I was into about any sport you could name.  It didn't do me any good in the "friend" department though, I had one, Kate.  She was at every game/competition I had and she never once complained, she was just awesome like that.  So I had made a promise to myself to tolerate her favorite anime, Naruto.  In fact it was the only thing she would ever, and I mean ever let us watch.  I was finding my promise to myself hard to keep, I couldn't stand Naruto, everything about it annoyed me.  "I speak, but do we have to talk about what episode of Naruto were going to RE-watch today?" Yes re-watch we had watched each episode over three times minus the newest one, and the only reason we hadn't watched that one was because it wasn't out yet, thank goodness!

"Re-watch?  Oh no silly the newest is out so good news for you we get to watch it!"  She squealed in excitement.

"Joy."  I said sarcastically.

"Come on were almost to my house, I can't wait any longer!"  She grabbed my wrist and pulled me behind her.  She lived close to our school and my parents worked late so after some persuading we convinced our parents to let me walk home from school with her and hang out at her place.  Her parents worked lat to but this way I had someone to talk to, plus three.  Kate had three brothers, who also liked Naruto, not as much as her but still.  Kate was my age her two brothers were older, and the third was younger than her.  Truthfully I loved them all like family, since I was an only child and my parents never seemed to be home, I seemed to be at her house more than I was at mine.

She through her door open and dropped her stuff on the floor, I placed min neatly by the door.  "Ai!  Were home!  I'm going to make popcorn, want some?"  She shouted.

"Hey lil' sis, new Naruto episode?"  Her other older brother, Arrow asked as he walked by.

He was more stating a fact than asking a question, she had the same routine whenever there was a newNaruto episode.

"Yeah, I guess that means I need to get my stuff out of the game room so theres room for you chicks to watch."  Ai replied.  He had an annoying habit of calling us chicks and it drove me crazy!  I'm not sure why but it did and it made me want to punch him.

"Yeah, you going to help make the snacks?  Lei's here."  She teased him.  Oh the other thing they did that annoyed me, Kate would constantly tease Ai about liking me, it was embarrassing, he didn't like me, nor I him, at least not that way.

"Haha very funny little sis, however since I'm nice I will help you make snack, provided you don't hog all of them."  He walked into the room and messed up Kate's hair she laughed and they walked to the kitchen I went to the game/T.V room and sat down next to Arrow.  Arrow and Ai were twins, I was only able to tell them apart because I knew them so well, anyone else was unable to do so, minus their family of course.  To say that Arrow and Ai were un attractive would be a lie, in fact they were probably the best looking guys at school.  They were two years older than me and despite Kate's hopes that I would fall for at least on of them and become her sister in-law I was not interested in them they were like brothers to me that was it. 

"Feel like a rematch?"  I asked Arrow, we had arm wrestled last time I had been over and he'd won.  I hated losing and I was determined not to this time.

"What you want me to beat you again?"  He teased but got ready to arm wrestle.

"You got lucky last time that's all, this time your going down!"

"Not a chance!"  I grabbed his hand and shouted go.  I lost and he laughed.  I glared at him then when he blinked I tackled him.  This was when Kate and Ai walked in.

"She lose again?"  They asked in unison.

"Yeah."  Arrow answered pinning me to the floor.  "Truce."  He said.

"Fine but I will beat you!"  I said pushing him off of me.

"Sure you will."  He laughed and Kate turned on the T.V

"Shhhhhh!!  It's on." She hushed us all and so my torture began.

My eyes slowly opened, I must have fallen asleep during the show, no surprise there.  "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"  I screamed, jumped to my feet and took a step back.  I was out side, only it wasn't raining like it had been at Kate's house.  This must just be a weird dream from watching all the Naru-  I stopped mid thought the building in front of me was, the Hokage's building from Naruto?!!  No way!  Now I know this is a dream and I've finally gone crazy!

"Hi!"  Someone said behind me.  I slowly turned around, I was afraid of what I had recognized the voice as belonging to.  "I'm Naruto!  Believe it!"  He shouted.  I'm sure my face turned pale.  No no no this isn't happening, not to me!!  Me of all people this was to real to be a dream!  No no no!  I can't be stuck in the Naruto world!  This is a nightmare!  "Um you know when someone says something it kind of makes sense for you to answer them."  Naruto said

"Oh uh right."  Was all I said I was still feeling sorry for myself.

"Well, who are you?  I've never seen you before."
