Divergent...The sound of this world echoed weirdly in my ears while Tori, my examiner was repeating it several times
"Nora you are divergent"
what's that suppose to mean I yelled at her feeling angry, confused and scared
" Shhhh, do not yell, they must not hear us... Listen to me young lady very carefully... The word i told you is what you are. You belong to more than one faction.... You got condor, dauntless, erudite and amity... If anyone else finds out you will die... Make a wise choice"
At that moment I was speechless... Me.. Dauntless? I'm far away from dauntless
This must be wrong
So what should I choose I asked her very concerned
"Choose what your heart and mind will tell you to choose" she answered with the same concern
" Now go... And remember... Do not tell a soul "
With that I left the room drowning in my thoughts
I started thinking about my choice...
I would never stay in condor with my parents... I wanted change.. Indipendence
Erudite hell no... I'm not a geek, I wanna have fun, and they would find about me very soon
Amity sounds like a good place to hide... But despite my quiet and peaceful spirit I could not live working in the sand all my life
So... What is left?
Dauntless... Freedom...Fun...Power
I want these... I don't have strength but I will gain it.. I'm not powerful but I will be... I am not fit and muscular but boy I will try...
