chapter 6

Mahogany pov

i ran downstairs just in time to see my dad and the twins pull out of the drive way. i walk out of the house and start my journey down to angel's house. i start to go over my day, who were those boys earlier, I swore they looked familiar. I just can't seem to remember, they were good looking if I do say so myself. I liked the one with the blue eyes and brown hair, thought i really don't remember getting his name.

Wow Mahogany, nice going. I finally reach angel's house and walk up to her window. What we about to do is why we call her Rapunzel. I pick up a small rock, cliche i know, and throw it at her window. She opens her window and drops her rope and climbs down. She lands safely and we embark on our journey to veronica's house.

i looked at angel and she stares back at me. " what's up?" she asks me.

"Nothing, but do you know who those guys were earlier?" i questioned her. She looked kind of shocked.

"M, you didn't know who that was earlier?" she tilted her head at me, she looked like a puppy.

" no i don't, but if you explain i will be happy to listen," i said to her. She shook her head and continued to walk. When we got to veronica's house, we rang the doorbell, them we proceeded to walk in. We walked in to the kitchen and saw Mr and Mrs. Michaels, veronica's parents, and her brothers in there.

" Hey mahogany and angel, what brings you here?" veronica's mom questions.

"Oh, well we are going a party-" i slap my hand over angel's mouth, and smile.

"A party?" she says to us. I panic, but then a lie pops up in my little head.

" Yes, we are going to a party, a masscrade party, at the school, for all of the smart kids that showed major improvement and skill." i told her mom and dad.

" i didn't hear about a party" paul, her older brother, said

" Well that tells you something huh?" angel countered. he rolled his eyes and everyone started to laugh. I high-fived angel, and we walked up the stairs, to veronica's bedroom. I opened the door and saw her sleeping, as usual.

"VERONICA GET UP, WE HAVE TO GO!!!" I screamed in her ear. she shot up and narrowed her eyes at me, she got up and put her shoes on, combed her hair, and walked out of her room, down the stairs, and out of the door. Then we continued this wonderful journey to serria's house. You're probably wondering why we are all walking. Well, the only one who has a car, is chirstina and so we are picking up everyone, walking to her house, and then driving to the massacrade party together. we continue to walk to serria's house in complete and utter silence until veronica breaks it.

"Okay, i have one question, who were those boys earlier today that came out of nowhere and saved M's life, they looked really familiar," she said to us.

" Thats what I was saying, but angel over here was all like," i changed my voice so i could mock her properly." you don't know who they were." i flipped my curls over my shoulder and started laughing with veronica.

" i did not" angel said. she looked upset with us,but we couldn't do anything cause we were already at serria's house. We rang the door bell, and it automaticalluy swung open to reveal serria.

"Bye mom, bye dad see you later" she yelled back at them. she blamed the door closed and turned to face us. "So, are we ready to go?" she questioned. We nodded our head and we headed to christina's house. Lucky for us, we all lived in the same street. It was a real bonus about being best friends. Now you guys are probably wondering, why didn't y'all meet at christina's house? Let me break down the whole situation.

In case you haven't noticed I'm like cinderella, but with out the whole wicked step mother, replace her with my little brothers, they cause enough trouble as is. My friends call me cinderella because i take care of my family, and don't get recognition for it, it's quite sad if you ask me. If thats not what you think then whatever, no one asked for a glass of your opinion.

Anyway, I'm not supposed to go to this party, my dad said i couldn't, but i snuck out and see i am. I picked up angel because she needed help to get out of her window, we live a house a way. the anderson's live between us, real nice elderly couple. Back on track, we both went to veronica's because we knew she would fall asleep, and waking her up is a two person job. Then we had to pick up Serria, so that her parents have some idea of who she's going with, and now we are all in front of christina's house as we wait for her mothers approval to go to the party, even though she thinks we are going to the library. Christina walks out of her house looking stunning its amazing. We all have on jeans and shirts with masks matching the colors, its quite the eye catcher if i do say so myself. she unlocked her car and we all jumped in, her car wasn't big, but it is big enough for the five of us.

We pulled up to the venue and we all got out but then chirstina called us back into the car. " y'all need to get back into this car, valet prices are way to high here." We all busted out in to laughter. I climbed into the car and she drove around to find a parking spot. " you would think there wouldn't be many people here, since its for smart kids." christy said to me.

" you wouldn't think most of us would be here, but we are." i said refering to Skylar and I. She giggled at the joke and we got out of the car, she locked it, and we met the rest of the girls back at the front. We walked into the gym, right after we put our masks on, and saw this massive crowd in the middle. we made our way through and we see most of the 'nerds' dancing in the middle, the smart kids can turn up. I turn to Christina and look and her.

" how come they ain't like this during school?" i asked her, this was a real question i was asking, they risk being picked on, like i can see the girl that does the quaterback's homework twerking on her boyfriend, which i didn't know she had, wait, that kid doesn't even go here. Wait,these must be all of the 'fake' boyfriend and girlfriends that they talk about. Wow, im glad I'm not mean to these guys. I meet the girls back at the punch bowl, we talk for a bit and we agree that at 10:00 we will leave, only because thats the time my dad should be home, and i don't want to be caught.

i walk out to the dance floor and I run into a guy with a black mask on, and the bluest eyes I've ever seen. "I'm sorry, but then again I don't want to be sorry, its not every day you run into a pretty girl." he said to me. I giggled, which i don't do often, I looked at him.

" You don't look like you go here, I've never seen you before. Well, I'm pretty sure I would remember eyes as blue as yours." i said to the mystery boy.

" Well, lets give you something to remember me for, would you like to dance?" he asked me. i nodded my head, who would pass up something like that? Not me, that's for sure.

Little did I know, this would be the start of my fairytale, and my friends.

This is the start of the twist-tastic story, and I'm telling you, its gonna be good, okay something i forgot to mention in the A/N is that after this chapter, I'm breaking up the chapters. Meaning that I'm not gonna confuse you with the shifts of POVs to tell all of their stories, thats just confusing, and don't have the time nor time spand to make seperate stories. So this is what Im gonna do, when i update there will be five at a time, one for each girl and boy, this also means if you just want to read louis and mahagony's story, go right ahead, I don't care. Each chapter will be tittled after the girl and have her princess named after so you can go through the chapter list and pick what story line you want to read.
