His deep and soulful blue eyes were like the color of the ocean on the clearest day you can ever imagine. They were nothing compared to my dull blues ones. He was like a drug and I was addicted. I can remember the first time I laid my eyes on him. He was sitting on the corner of Westnedge smoking a cigarette. He was dressed in some blue jeans and a nice tight black t shirt. He was my ideal man. I was lost for words so I didn't speak to him just glanced. My first actually encounter was church. Everyone that lived here went to the small little church inside. There was many seats open, but he decided to take the one by me. Throughout the session we whispered back and fourth. His deep voice is what hit me first. Once in a while I looked at him and his bright blue eyes. He was something else. He introduced himself once we walked out of the church.

"James" he says as he shakes my hand. I chuckle at his class,

"Jennifer, but you can call me Jenny if you'd like" I smiled back at him.

"It was a pleasure to meet you Jenny" he winks before walking away. I looked around to find my dad. He usually was the first out, but today he was talking to the other families. That was unlike him. Ever since we lost my mom and brother in a car crash.. Well he wasn't like himself. He still went to church every Sunday morning, but he was mute, even to me. He says his goodbyes and walks over to me with a huge smile. Something is up here.

Months went by and I hung out with James every night. It was always something different though. He sometimes it was just sitting in bed and watching movies or he brought over some of his "goodies" I was hesitant at first, but it wasn't that bad.

"James can't we just watch a movie tonight" I begged. I looked up into his blue eyes pleading. He sighed and put down the bottle of whiskey and laid in bed with me. A smile spread across my face. We always had our little get togethers in my house in my room. My dad hasn't noticed that he sneaks in or anything.

After what seemed like forever we finally picked a movie. Tangled, which is one of my favorite princess movies. James wasn't too happy, but I was excited. I must've fallen asleep because I was awoken to yelling and movement on my bed. I slowly open my eyes to see my dad holding a bat in his hands and a scared little James in the corner with his hands up. He was shirtless only in sweatpants. I ran over to my dad stopping him.

"Dad stop!" I try to get my voice to reach above his. He looks down at me.

"Jennifer Ann, what're you doing with a boy in your bed and especially the worst kind." my dad hated James because of his tattoos.

"Dad James and I have been seeing eachother for a few months now! He is a really sweet guy, you just need to meet him" I plead as I walk over to James shielding him from my dad. He brought me into a hug my head laid on his chest, which gave me the perfect opportunity to glance at his body. I would be lying if I said he didnt have a good body because it is great.

"I want him out now, get your things and leave. I will talk to you later" my dad points a finger at me "I'm leaving for work" was the last thing he said before walking out. James grabbed my face and kissed me.

"What was that for?" I question

"no girl has done that for me", he smiles, "you were really brave, but now I think your dad is going to stop us from seeing eachother"

"James trust me I am not going to let that happen" I peck his cheek before going over to my bed and grabbing his shirt, "You should be going now, my dad won't leave to work until you've completely left the house." I chuckle. I watched him pull the shirt over his head and it just slid down his chest covering everything up. I instinctively bit my bottom lip as I watched him put on his shoes. He was very muscular thats one of things I liked about him. It was just my type I guess.

Later that night I wait for my dad to come home, I knew what was coming it was going to be a storm. Well actually I don't know for sure because this has never happened before. I'm not the type to go behind my fathers back, but I knew he wouldn't allow me to see James if he knew about him. The front door unlocked and in came my dad. He looked exhausted.

"Rough day?" I question he looked at me, but didn't say anything. He took a seat on the opposite couch from me.

"Jennifer, I am honestly very disappointed in you," I nodded my head I could already feel the waterworks coming. "How can you deliberately disobey my rules and let that boy sleep in your bed. You are too young for that type of stuff, you are not allowed to see that boy no more" his voice raises at me even more that I flinch, which didn't go unseen. He gets up and starts to walk away, but I grabbed his arm.

"Dad please don't do this, I am inlove with James, he is the best thing that has happened to me since mom and Jordan." I cried to him, he couldn't even look at me.

"No more of that nonesense Jennifer. You don't want to be pregnant at 16 do you?" It wasn't a question he needed an answer for, he just walked away. I ran to my room tears spilling out of my eyes. I jumped into my bed and curled up in the covers. The little tapping on my window took me out of my zone. I turned to face James who was waiting out in the rain. I quickly opened the window and invited him inside.

"Jennifer, why are you crying?" he asks as he wipes my face with his wet hands making it worse. I chuckle as I watch a frown form on his face.

"My dad said we can't be together.. James I don't know what to do" I cry a little bit harder now.

"run away with me Jen" his tone now in a serious octave.

"James you have to be kidding me, I am only 16 years old, how am I going to runaway with you?"  I question his stupid request.

"I am 21 Jenny, I have enough money for the both of us. We can find a place far away from her and be together forever." he caresses my cheek. It wasn't actually a bad idea after I thought about it, but I can't just leave my dad can I?

"How do I get past my dad? He will send police after me if he knows I ran away"

"I have a plan, but you have to be completely involved because there will be no turning back"

"Okay, let's do it" without hesitation James quickly got off my bed.

"Do you have any suitcases?" I nod and point to my closet. He opens it gently and picks up the suitcase that was on the top shelf, I could never reach it, my dad put it there. He unzipped it and started throwing my clothes in there. It wasn't the biggest suitcases so he couldn't pack it all away. I took out some of the clothes I didn't want and put in my favorite ones and fit some shoes in it also. I looked around my room it was very dull. I didn't have much items hanging on the wall or anything it was more just a place to sleep nothing else. James was already out of the window with my suitcase. "C'mon Jennifer" he whispers. I was about to climb out before I remembered something.

"Wait one more thing I need to grab" I run over to my desk and grab a picture frame that had my whole family in it. I smiled real quick just glancing at that picture. That day was one of the best days of my life. We were all so happy. I jump out the window and close it. I can't believe I am actually doing this, my mom is probably disapproving all of this from heaven. I rushed over to James and climbed into the passenger side. "Whats the plan?"

"You are going to drive my car, following behind me, while I drive your car" I raise an eyebrow to him      "I am going to drive your car into a tree and then we are going to set it on fire, we have to make it seem like you were burnt alive, but we need to find an area where the car will sit for awhile to make it seem like you were burnt to a crisp, no remains. " I nodded slowly, I guess that could work..
