Oikawa often forgets to change his clothes and falls asleep with his jersey on. Kageyama, being a sweet and caring boyfriend, changes Oikawa's clothes for him, so he wouldn't get sick. But, he has a really hard time with it since he can't resist looking at Oikawa's six pack.
One night, Oikawa pretends to fall asleep and watches Kageyama change his clothes for him, he did not reveal that he was awake that night, and had done this more often to get a chance to see Kageyama look at his body.
One day, he finally admitted that he knew that Kageyama changed his clothes at night, which lead to the black haired boys embarrassment. Now it's a habit that Kageyama has built and Oikawa won't stop teasing him about it.
