Snow's past

Fernier woke up, it was time to go battle and check the borders. It has been 2-3 monthes since he arrived here becoming the new leader of all dragons after Diamondstar's retirement, she was still able to fight but decided to pass the leadership to High Fernier to watch over dragon city when Amy was not around,Diamondstar's rank is only the leader of legendaries. There has been peace between all dragons in Fire Clan and Heroic Clan. Fernier unfortunately never trained any dragon apprentices however Diamondstar knew she chose the right leader. Flameheart retired from both battle and deputy. Diamondstar knew it was her time to retire but remain only leadership with her own kind and legendary element dragon, and kept fighting alongside Fernier. Flameheart too, became only leader among all ancient dragons in Dragon City.

Years later Diamondstar herself chose to step down as leader of legendaries and appointed Snow as the new leader and appointing herself as deputy, many were surprised, however Snow was still respected her choice and her knowledge, and wisdom was passed on to her.

Snow, the high comet dragon

She woke with a gentle start, the star dragons were shining brightly, the shooting Star dragons waved at her and nodded a quick greeting as they zoomed pass her, and the Sun dragon shone his light, signalling the start of the new day. Snow always had loved living in the legend habitat with Diamondstar and some other friends. Not far from her home, dragons bustled about with their day and nodded a quick greeting. She flew and landed in the pure habitat where Fernier was living to discuss this morning's patrols.

Snow and Fernier:

"Greetings Fernier, I trust you had a nice sleep last night despite the cold snowy days of winter?" Asked Snow.

"Yes, but really the weather did not affect me at all, in fact I was born in the cold and to add on that, I have a snow element and you do as well so no need to worry about me!" Replied Fernier, smileing.

"Yes, I know and thats good." Said Snow.

"But I still love to have a nest in my den to keep things warm after all I also had a Fire elememt." Said Fernier.

"Yes, but lets discuss the patrols today of who to lead and take, we aren't here to talk about mornings all day Fernier." Replied Snow, smiling.

"Listen, there's something I need to tell you." Began Fernier

"What is it?" Asked Snow

"You see we have known each other for a long time, and I started likeing you ever since you were born into Dragon City, the way you talk, the way you fight, the way you fight in battle, that amazing way where you can stay in the air the whole time when you fight your opponents, its just really impressive and beautiful, and I was wondering if you will become my mate for life?" He asked.

"Fernier I liked you a lot as well, I was really intrigued by you when I was young few years ago, the way you fight was just like me now days, I honestly looked up to you a lot when I was young and still now, I have always tried to learn your battle moves and fight."

She continued. "However, I have something in the past that prevents me from being with you. It it was long time ago when I met this high comet dragon, his name was Winter, we were from different clans, but that other clan was our alley, it was not a huge deal to be mates with someone from another alley clan, the only problem was deciding where to live, so later on I had a daughter, her name was Evia, things looked great, until Winter died because he was killed by a high tension dragon named Rock, and then Evia disappeared and was never found again, sometimes I have assumed that Evia is still alive living with her father in the other clan, I was always welcomed to come visit and live there because those two clans were best friends, Amy was a best friend of Ruiying Gao the other clan's dragon master, its complicated Fernier, I sometimes wish things weren't this way, I really want to be together with you! But Winter is in my heart and I just can't, I also constantly visit him in star islands. It would really help if you kept this well as a secret and not let anyone know."

Fernier: oh, I am sorry you had to go through all of this, you must love Winter very much,at least we can still be friends.

Snow: Yeah. *sniffles*
