We pulled into the parking lot of In-N-Out and hoped out of the car. It was pretty cold so Hayes came over to me and hugged as Ethan did the same for Ryann.
We ordered our food and began to eat.
"Is it just me or does that guy over there just repeatedly keep look at us?" Ryann said as she set down her cup she took a sip of, I was sitting next her so it was easy for me to see however for the boys wasn't so easy. He looked away for a second then we looked away but in the corner of my eye he looked back at us.
"You guys I'm scared can we go now?" I asked as I slightly hugged myself.
"Yeah please?" Ryann agreed. The boys nodded. We then pushed in our chairs and through away our trash and walked out. We lost the guy that was staring at us which caused us to forget.
"I'm driving" I said grabbing the keys from Ethan he frowned and I stuck my tongue out. I got in the drivers seat and back out of the parking lot.
Nash pov.
I believe Gilinsky has been the most depressed out of all of us, ever since they ran away he always called her phone just to hear her voice mail. Maybe he misses the sound of her voice. I needed to talk to him so I went to his room and opened the door.
"Yo dude, she's fine they're fine. I know you're thinking of them right now, we all are. But listen to me bro" I said busting through his door causing him to jump slightly. He rolled over on his bed facing the wall. Well that didn't do anything.
"Okay whatever, just trying to make you feel better" I said before I left. I walked down stairs to make breakfast, until I heard a knock on the door.
I walked over to open it, and it was a cop.
"Are you Jack Gilinsky?" The cop asked, I shook my head 'no' he frowned,
"Is he here?" He asked.
"Yes, but he's sleeping right now" I said and the cop nodded.
"Whenever he wakes up tell him we would like him to come down to the police station downtown" he said, and i nodded. Then the cop left, it was pretty awkward and weird. But I didn't think to much of it.
I walked back to the kitchen to make food for me, and only me I refuse to share with anyone that asks. I made the food they didn't if they want some they'll make their own. Hell fucking no I'm not making you food. Go to the McDonald's down the street if you want food.
"Hey Nash can you make me some foo-"
"MAKE IT YOUR FUCKING SELF" I yelled.
Hazels pov.
I pulled up to a gas station to get some gas.
"What are we doing here?" I heard Ethan asked from the passenger seat.
I gave him a 'are you being for real right now' kind of look.
"We're here to buy a dinosaur" I said in a sarcastic tone. His face lit up.
"Oh my god are you serious?!" He said smiling big.
"Oh my god no" I said getting out of the car. He frowned and got on his phone. I put the gas pump in the gas hole and began to pump it into the car. Meanwhile I got back in the car, laying my head back in the seat closing my eyes. I heard the gas pump stop so I got out and put it back getting back in the car, I let out a sigh.
"Want me to drive?" Ethan asked me, I looked back and saw Hayes and Ryann both asleep I nodded. I got in the passenger seat as he got in the drivers, I rested my head on the window with my hood up before falling asleep. Again.
I could feel the car start to move, as we headed to the highway.
Jack pov.
I woke up as Nash came in my room.
"Hey Gilinsky get ready you're going to the police station" he said to me I groaned and rolled over. I finally got out of bed and went to my closet I watched Nash leave closing the door. I picked out a normal t-shirt and jeans.
I walked down stairs not caring if I ate or not. I grabbed the keys off the hook and got in the car.
Hazel pov.
I woke up to sirens going off, like police sirens. I blinked a couple times to get my vision back. I looked around and there was cars surrounding our car.
"It's a car crash, hazes chill." Ethan laughed I took a breath in relief.
"Look at sleeping beauty. Finally decides to wake up" Ryann joked I hit her.
"Who needs one?" I said taking out a box.
"No we're good, baby" Hayes said I shrugged and lit it. I rolled down my window sticking my hand out watching the birds fly away in the sky.
"Does it look like its gonna rain to you guys?" I asked, they nodded. Finally the traffic cleared up and we were moving again.
