Emily's POV:
Seeing Ali in as bad condition where she's at right now makes me feel sick. I can't believe that she would get ill. I feel like there's something weird behind this. I should talk to Elliot about her.
2 hours later
Emily: "Elliot. What's going on with Alison?
Elliot: "I'm afraid she suffered a complete psychotic break."
Emily: "I don't understand."
Elliot: "Neither do I. But she is consumed with shame I believe, promoted by a tragic event that she feels responsible for. Do you have any idea what she could've done that would prompt her to have such a, a lethal dose of guilt?"
I'm trying to think what Alison would've done when suddenly there came an emergency at Ali's room. Elliot ran and tried to calm Ali down with the other nurses. "Get away from me!" Ali screams. I can't do anything but just look at her screaming and trying to shake the nurses off. I feel so bad for her and I can't even do anything. Elliot sticks a needle to Ali's arm so she would calm down. I can't, I just can't. Elliot looks at me and I need to leave. I couldn't stay, but I'll never leave her, so I stay and wait.
30 minutes later
Emily: "Hi Aria. The nurse said that I can see her in a few minutes."
Aria: "Okay. Say hi from all of us and ask about... you know what."
Emily: "Yeah. I will. I just can't believe that she could've done that. Oh, I can go now, bye."
Aria: "We know Em. Bye."
I ended the phone call and walked to Ali's room. "Ali, are you awake?" I ask. "Ali, please wake up. I need to know did you hurt her. Ali, did you...kill Charlotte?" Ali opens her eyes and mumbles something about forgiving. I really am afraid what's going to happen to her if she really did kill her sister. I touch her hand and leave.
