Early birds gets the most scary experience

It happened June this year. Our office is located in Ayala Cebu. It is a new BPO center, and at 6th floor. I heard a lot of scary stories about our floor but never believed them. Until it happened to me. Around 7pm I'm already at the office because I usually watch movies and check my emails and facebook since my phone was broken and we're allowed to as long as it is not yet our shift schedule. Before heading inside the floor the guard told me "ma'am ingat kayo jan, baka may makipagkaibigan sa inyo", I just smiled and thought there's already someone inside. When I entered the floor I noticed that I am the only one inside. It's easy to see because our hub is good for 50 agents only. Then I opened my computer, played my playlist on Spotify when I noticed that something passed my station. Then I thought it's just one of my colleagues, I even greeted "Good Morning" (because we follow EST). I receive no response so i just continue what I'm doing. When I'm done I stood up from my station and saw that no one is in the room except me. I felt goosebumps. I tried to go out but surprisingly it's dark and I need to pass a hollow room. I just went back to my station then I heard "pssst!", I ignored it. I heard it again, but this time it's louder like it's just right beside me. So I played music on youtube and tried to turn up the volume. But then I heard it again. Then there's static on my headphones, I removed it because it's hurting my ears then I splurted "pisti! tantanan mo ako, hindi ako takot sayo!" all of a sudden everything turned off and the only light is the light from the monitors and there's "Pssst!" So I rushed to the doors and when I got to where the guard's station is. There's no one there. The elevator door opened then I saw the guard, he just came. I even asked him, "Chief, kakadating mo lang?" and he said "Yes ma'am, natraffic ako, kanina ka pa naghihintay dito miss?" then I just felt numb. After that incident, I was never early on my shift again.
