"I love Zoe Sugg." I admitted to Marcus.

I could of sworn I heard footsteps outside the door.

He stared at me blankly. "Soo?" I asked him. I was getting worried.

He started to laugh. "Alf, mate, do you think I didn't already know? I'm your best mate, and have you even seen the way you stare at her? You need to tell her how you feel, before it's too late! I was speaking to Jack before, and he said next month at the meetup he's going to ask her out. He wants to do it in LA so it's special!"

I felt a sinking feeling throughout my whole body. Jack Harries? I thought he had a girlfriend! no way was he getting to Zoe before me.

" I don't know if I can tell her just yet Marky, it could ruin our friendship." I said to my best friend. He just chuckled and said "Alfie, that's a risk you have to take in love! Even if she doesn't like you back, at least you've told her how you feel!"

Marcus was right. I just had to wait for the right time, I mean, I couldn't just blurt it out on front of all of our youtube group, that would be awful.

"She probably doesn't even like me back, Marcus! But I can't imagine her with Jack. He's too much of a player for her. After her last boyfriend, Wilf, she needs someone to protect her. He was a dickhead. That's why she always has panic attacks, she told me. He used to shout at her all the time and it stressed her out and made her freak out. Don't tell her I told you, please." I blurted out at Marcus.

"I promise mate, I won't. Wow! I just thought she wasn't interested in him! Just let her know how you feel gradually. The subscribers must put pressure on you too. That Zalfie tag on twitter has nearly half a million tweets!" Marcus said.

"I know Marky. That's one of the reasons I haven't said anything before. Because of the fans. They'll go crazy!" I revealed.

"How long have you liked her for then, Alf?" Marcus said, with a cheeky smirk.

" Marcus, I liked her as soon as I heard of her. As soon as I saw a youtube video of her. As soon as I said hello to her for the first time at summer in the city. Those big, blue eyes, and her perfect, white teeth. This sounds so cheesy but my life has been better since she has been around." I shyly told him.

"I know, I know. I felt like that when I first met Niomi. In my eyes she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen." Marcus said with a slight nod.

"Right, we better get out of this toilet, it's getting unhygienic." I say (I'm a germ freak).

Marcus laughs and agrees. We get out of the cramped bathroom and head downstairs. I start chatting to Jim, telling him we need to do a collab.

Jim was going on about a video idea or his proposal to Tanya or something like that. I don't really know because I zoned out. Zoe was stood laughing with Louise, they were dancing and pretending to twerk, as Miley Cyrus was playing. She really was perfect...

"Alfie?" Jim asked.
"Oh, right,haha yeah." I say anxiously. Was I really not paying attention that much that I wasn't listening to Jim? Wow. I must like Zoe a lot.
"So, what do you think?" He questioned me. Oh no, I thought.
"About what, Jim?" I stammer, feeling guilty that I can't even listen to the funniest guy I know.
"Doesn't matter." He quietly mutters as he walks off to Caspar.
