It's been years... I've been living on my own for as long as I can remember. I don't need to eat nor drink, fore I don't have the appetite for it. All I've had to do is take care of my cat. It's a really easy life, nobody comes into my house so I don't have to worry about visitors. I don't go to school so I don't have to worry about homework. I love living like this!!

I step down the stairs, the wood creaking under my bare feet. Once I get down, I put in some wood and light in on fire inside the fireplace. The empty house slowly warms up. I look over at Snow. She comes over and rubs against my legs, purring loudly. I bend down and pet her with a gentle smile.

"Good morning Snow." I say as walk to her bowl. "Hungry?" I ask while pouring in the cat food. Snow meowed and ate some of her kibble as soon as I put down the bowl. I smiled at her and sat on my tattered couch. Grabbing the sketchbook on the coffee table, I start to draw in it. The page slowly came alive with a drawing of Snow. A faint smile crawls upon my face as I sigh. I look up from the sketch, studying the rotting walls.

I stand up and set the book down, walking over to the window and sit down. All the teenagers are walking to school. I admired the girls holding their boyfriend's hand, smiling happily and giggling. Looking down at my hand, I clench it into a fist. One day... I'll be like that. Holding a man's hand while walking down the street, looking at the beautiful scenery while having a small talk. Soon.. I'll be able to look into a man's eyes, he'll see my soul, he'll think about me, he'll want to kiss me! We'll make love and get married soon... We'll have children and live a happy life in a new house. I shake my head, pulling me out of my daydream. It'll never happen... I'm too shy to even go outside of my house.. how will I even make contact with anybody?

The front door swung open suddenly. I jump up to see a few boys walking in. One of them had bronzed skin with golden hair, his dark eyes examined the house as the other boy, a bit smaller than him had jet black hair and hazel eyes. They both walked in laughing and they shoved eachother playfully. I stare at them in horror, what are they doing here?! Why are they here?! I shuffle over to them and squeak out "G-Get out of m....my house!"

The boys ignore me and continue to check out the house. I huff and raised my voice a little.

"P-P-Please!! G-Get out!!"

The boys walked towards me, and smirk. The blond looks over at the shorter male. "This place is perfect!" He exclaims. "Get the cooler Zeke, the party will be here." Zeke nodded and ran outside. Can't they see me? I'm standing right infront of them!! I stomp my feet and wave my hands in the air. "Hello?" I whine at them.

"Hey Dakota, we have a few more to put in. Care to help?" Zeke said as he set down a blue cooler. Dakota nodded and walked outside, shoving me out of the way. I fall to the ground and he looks back, furrowing his brows.

"You good?" Zeke asked Dakota.

"Yeah.. I just felt something." Dakota replied.

Felt something?? You mean rudely pushed me to the ground!! I stand up and scoff at them. I can't believe it! The first two guys I meet and they're complete douches... The guys bring in the rest of the coolers and close the door behind them. I watch them leave from my window and once they're out of sight, I walked over to the coolers and glared at them.

"You are a dick!" I kick the red cooler, soon regretting my decision  and wince in pain. I open the cooler and grab the drinks inside. The drinks gurgled and bubbled once I picked them up. I looked at it with curiosity. What is this?? I grab a bottle opener and pop the tab off of it. I sniffed and looked at the bottle in disgust. "You smell nasty." I say to the bottle. "But do you taste as nasty as you smell?" I asked the bottle before letting the cold drink flow down my throat. I quickly pulled it away from my lips and cringed at the taste. "yes... yes you are.." I say in a low voice. I looked at the label of the bottle, reading everything it says. Shock Top? Is that what it is? A Shock Top? I push up my glasses and brush the stray black baby hairs out of my face. I look inside the other coolers, each one has a different bottle. Similar to the Shock Top, but with different designs. I drink one from each cooler, each one tasting similar but still distinct from eachother.

By the time i was finished with all the coolers, I was already starting to feel a bit dizzy. I waddled over to my tattered couch. Flopping onto it, Snow meows at me. I looked over at her and mumbled out "What's going on..?" My vision goes hazy and my eyelids slowly shut, drifting me into a heavy sleep.

A jolt ran through my body, waking me up quickly. The sun shined through the windows and hit me in the face. I squinted and looked at the clock, readjusting my glasses. Eight a.m.? Did I knock out here yesterday? I sit up on the couch and look around the room. Spotting the coolers, I scowl at them. Remembering what happened yesterday, I walk over to them and drag them out in the backyard. One by one they all finally were outside. I glared at them before slamming the back door behind me. I am not trying another Shock Top ever again...
