My first day of school. Its the first year of Middle School and I already know who's 'group' is who's in the lunch room. They have there own seats. There's the cheerleaders, jocks, Cool people, Emos, and Geeks. I'm the new girl, Abbi. I was homeschooled up until now, I wanted to see what normal school was like. I sat with the Emo people at lunch because I am one. My teacher, Ms. Shaw is really nice to me. Probably because I am new. But I hope she stays nice to me.
I hope that the rest of my teacher's are nice too.

Wait...."What was my locker combination?" I ask myself "Hello, You must be the new girl, Abbi, Right?" A soft voice asked. I turn around and see an Emo guy looking at me holding his books. "Yes, Hello." I reply smiling. He notices my locker isn't open. "Is your locker stuck?" He asked. "Oh, No. I forgot the combination" he looks at his books and say's "Maybe I could show you to the office and you could find out...?" "Yeah, I'd like that. Thank You" I said smiling softly.
*He shows me to the office and we walk in.*
-Office lady- "Hi Jackson. How can I help you?" -My mind- So his name is Jackson? Nice. "Oh, Its not me. It's the new girl, Abbi." He replied. *I walk up to the desk* "Hello Ma'am, May I get the combination to my locker? I forgot it." I say to the lady. "Why of course, Miss Gorseffa." She replied. *She writes down my locker combination and hands me a piece of paper.* "Thank you Miss, Wood" Jackson says smiling. "Yes, Thank you so much, Ma'am" I replied.

*We leave the office and he walks me to my locker*

So by what I heard....Your name is Jackson? I ask the boy. "Yep. I want to change it to James" he replied. "Why do you want to do that..?" I ask. "Because I just don't like the name 'Jackson'" he says sadly. "But I do..." The boy blushes "R-really?" He asks me excitedly. "Yep."

*The bell rings so we have to go to class* "I-I better get going. Do you know where your class room is, Abbi?" He asked. "From what I heard, there are two rooms with the same number, 684." I reply. "Oh...Well I could show you where your room is, If you want." He says. "Okay."

*I get my books from my locker and Jackson shows me the way to my class room*
"This is it. Room 684." Jackson said while smiling. "Thank you, Jackson." I smile back.

*Jackson and I both go to class. *I could not stop thinking about Jackson the entire class* Jackson stops by my locker before lunch and asks if I want to sit with him and his friends*
