"Nina, wake up honey your going to be late for your first day of school", yelled my mom.
"Ughhhhhhh" I replied.
It was a struggle for me to get out of bed early in the morning, especially because I had slept at 3am last night. I got out of bed and went straight to the bathroom. I picked upped my toothbrush and applied the paste and started brushing my teeth. After that I got my hairbrush and combed my hair. I went back to my bedroom got dressed and went downstairs for breakfast.
" Good morning mother, father", I said in an english accent.
"Why Good morning my beautiful daughter", said my father.
"I made you breakfast", said mother.
"Your favorite too, scrambled eggs with toast with a side of bacon and orange juice".
"Aww... thanks mom", I said as I gave her a kiss on the cheek.
I quickly ate my breakfast, said goodbye to my parents and headed out the door. I grabbed my bicycle and peddled as fast as I could to get to school on time. Five minute later I had arrived.I attend a private school called Dolton Academy, which means my parents pay a lot of money for me to attend this school. I tried convincing my parents to let me go to a public school but they always said no. My school has a special place where kids can go lock their bikes and skates so that's was my first stop. As I was locking my bike I saw Liam and Mathew heading towards the area to put their skateboards away.
"Hi Nina" said Liam
For a moment I was shocked because i din't even know that Liam knew my name. So I quickly turned around and said "Hi Liam" and I ran out. As I heard towards the gates all i could think about was the day that we graduate and when we get to move on to high school. As I walked through those gates the first person I saw was my friend Isabella.
"Hi Isabella, how have you been"I asked, trying to be polite.
"OMG, Nina, it has been so long.I'm great how are you?", she replied.
All I said was "Great".
As I gazed the other way I saw Amaris and I walked over to her.
Amaris was my other friend. She had beautiful shiny long black hair that you could stare at all day.
"Hi Amaris,how have you been", I asked.
"Hey, I'm good how about you?", she asked.
"Great" I said again.
"So do we have any classes together?", I said trying to make a conversation.
"Uhmmmm... Let me check."
She got our papers and put them next to each other and started comparing.
"Awwww... Unfortunately we don't" she said.
"That's too bad, I was really hoping to have classes with you this year.Who I'm I gonna copy of off now", I said trying to be funny.
"Well, see you around", I said as I walked away.
As you can tell I'm not that much of a socializer. As I was walking the bell had rang, meaning we had to go to or first period. My first period class was science,and not to brag but I'm pretty good at science. As I opened the door I knew I had to make friends because I didn't know anybody. I sat down in my assigned seat, middle column second row. As I was waiting for the teacher to come in I saw Liam walk in. And I was praying that he wouldn't be assigned the seat next to me but, unfortunately he was.
"Hey,Nina.... again", he said in a laughing tone.
"Hey",I said so quietly that even if no one was in the room he still wouldn't be able to hear me.
