I could tell from Shane's face he's so eager to just be in the same room as Miss Alliana, I rolled my eyes at his attitude and we walked in, she was in the piano playing a few notes...ah talented, but a few students walked in and made a sound, she turned and got up

"Oh" She smiled and walked towards her desk "Is everyone here" We all looked around and nodded "Great, pick an instrument and settle in" She said as she writes something down, I went over to the triangle, don't get me wrong, I love music, I'm just not much of a hard worker, I play whenever I want to play, Shane on the other hand picked the bass, she smiled and started with the basic, I like the way she teach, she's funny, laid-back, casual...interesting

"Why don't you guys just play around some chords and ask me if you have any trouble" She said as she turns back to her bag and did something...I'm not sure, I just hit my triangle over and over, still no sound but just a tinkle

"Hey dude, this is the perfect chance" Shane whispered to me, he raised his hand

"MISS ALLI I have a few trouble with my bass" Complete liar, he knows the bass like the back of his hand, he's played the bass ever since he was 4, she turned to look at Shane, she smiled and walked over

"What is it" Her voice was smooth and...just warm

"Can you show me the basic chords I--"

"I Can show you" What the hell did I just do, I can't help it, he's just using her, I grabbed another e.bass and shows him, he glared at me while Miss Alli smiled at me

"You're pretty good with the bass, you should've stick with that and not the triangle" She said smiling and excusing herself away, Shane glared at me

"WHAt the hell was that, you know the old strategy" I shrugged, I'm not compeletly sure about that myself, I didn't know why I did that, I just don't like the idea of my best friend using my teacher

"I just don't like the idea of you trying to flirt with the teacher" I said, he analyzed me

"Don't tell me you actually have a thing for her" He said

"WHAT, I do Not"

"YEah Zac, I know you, I know when you like someone, you could've just told me, I'm not that interested with her anyway" He said smiling genuinely, like Shane would ever be upset over a girl, I looked at him

"Just admit it, I got some plans if you really want her" He smiled, I was just...speechless

The bell finally rang, time to go home, music class was so confusing, Shane kept telling me all of his plan not even bothering to hear me say no

"Zac, ZAC" I snapped out of the thoughts startled and kicked whatever is in front of me, making all the stands fall down, Miss Alli crossed her arm and looked at me

"Gee thank you for that" She said putting her stuff down on the table, I looked around and realized everyone else left, it was just us two, gee how long was I out thinking about Shane's word, I shake my thoughts off and get up helping her put the stands up

"You know you can just call me Mr. Blakee, all the teachers called me Mr. Blakee" I said not even sure why I said it, she stopped and looked at me

"You really want me to call you Mr. Blakee" She crossed her arms, she did call everyone with their first name

"Not really...you're just not like most teachers" I said, she looked at me cocking her eyebrows

"Oh so now I'm weird huh" She chuckled, such melody, I couldn't help but chuckle and smile myself "I can't be all formal, I'm only eigh-- 21" She blurted out, I looked at her confused, she just turned and put the stands up again fixing the stands
