Hey, I heard you got Summer in bed?"
"Summer?"
"That thick trick, with two baby daddies and GPA of 1.8."
"Oh, yeah! That dumb Babe! It was easy. She may be dumb in school but she ain't in the bedroom. I think I'm in love."
"You don't love nobody but you sister and yourself you hoe."
"That is true. I don't though! But if I'm a hoe, what does that make you?"
Damon stuck his toung at me as I gave him the middle figuring laughing at his childishness. Damon Walker was one of the few boys in this ghetto high school I associated myself with. Along side him was my cousins, Javon and Nick Wilson, and Trey Parker, the most open gay black teenage boy is this whole damn school. I love that bout him, his honesty, some of these Aholes still in the damn closet, screwing over Trey and a few other boys.
Dam and I sat at a booth in our cafeteria, eating what was left of my auntie's homemade German chocolate cake not really wanting real food discussing his latest one night stands, the hottest parties coming up, and how amazing the track teams made it to championships this year.
"So this month alone you got Nya, Ragin, Carrie, and Summer in bed?"
"Along with Tasha, Sasha, and Aasha."
"The Crain Triplets? No wonder you're a fricking legend of a player. How many girls total for first semester?"
"29"
"Last year?"
"38."
"How?"
"Freshmans Toni, Freshmans."
"Ew gross, that's wrong we were Juniors last year. That has to be illegal."
"Wasn't if that wanted it."
"Gross. So what the last party of this month?"
"Cagea's again."
Cagea Grant was known for throwing the best parties in the hood. She always involved the main three high school, St. Marks, which is ours, Caver T., and Bonkie. One summer she through a block party, It took up two whole streets and didn't shut down till five cause of the cops talking bout we disturbing the peace.
"Now the track team Toni, you think any thing can beat how this season was?"
I thought for a second. St.Marks track team was good but every time we were close to the finals, we start getting lazy and west side high school beat us by two runners, but this year we we're unsubscribe, unstoppable.
"Were made the finals this year and won, that was our MAIN goal. Majority of the team praticed over the summer remember? So nothing can beat that really."
"Yeah, you ditched me a lot for that a pratice last summer."
Dam made a sulky face which only made me laugh. He joined in, realizing how funny his face must had been.
The bell rings and we make our out the café to our next class. Once we reach it, I realize I forgot my biochemistry textbook.
"Better use them track legs and run baby girl, also I'm not going on the Florida field trip."
"I know." I yelled back.
With only three mins and my locker on the other side of our long two story rectangular high school, I run. You don't have to tell me twice. I've been running all my life.
