Couple weeks past, the twins were at school and I had a doctors visit. I haven't been feeling good so Charlie made me an appointment
I grabbed my phone and my keys
"I'll text you when I know anything"
He kissed me goodbye and I walked out the door

I arrived at the office
"Hi, I have an appointment for Tarah"
"Last name?" said a small lady
"Henderson?"
"I don't have a Henderson, I have a Conway?"
"Yup that's me"
She looked at me strangely
"Dr Power will be right with you"
I sat in a chair next to some magazines, I noticed one with Adam and I's face

"Tarah?" called out a nurse
I closed the magazine and followed the lady
We walked into a small room that was painted light brown and had pictures, two chairs, computers and Doctor equipment
"Dr Powers will be right with you"

I heard a knock on the door
"Hello, I am Doctor Powers. What seems to be the problem today?"
"I have been getting sick lately and it just won't stop"
He checked for flu symptoms and I didn't have the flu
"Tarah, have you had any sexual activity in the past couple weeks?"

"I am going to take you to another room and we are going to check if you're pregnant"

"If you could sit here, I will grab the gel"
He came back with some gel on his hand
"This might be cold"
He placed it on my bare stomach and it was cold
He placed a remote thing and moved it around showing a picture on a screen

"There's the little guy" he said

"I don't know, you aren't too far in your pregnancy only 4 weeks"
I couldn't say another word, what is Charlie going to think
He printed a picture out that had my baby in it
"Thanks for coming in" he said walking me out
