This is the story of a phantom traveler who calls himself Cadillac Blood. Cadillac is supposed to be dead, but he escaped a seemingly eminent death. He was shot seven times by a notorious lone gangster. After recovering from his injuries he makes it his goal to find his shooter and exact revenge. As he travels the back country of the US he befriends three other misfit - type outcasts that agree to join him. Under the identity of a rock band by the name of The Guitar Gangsters they take to the stage in hopes of finding the lone shooter. Wandering in the desert in Cadillac's El Dorado, the gang happens upon an old town called "The 10 House City". Most of its residence gathered at a place called "The Bar". After some time in the town the gang decided to call it home.
