*Marinette's P.O.V*

"What a rough day." I sighed to myself as I collapsed onto my bed. Fighting Volpina was a lot of work, I can't believe I was the cause of this akuma attack, all because she was flirting with Adrien.

"You know, you really should try not to say mean things to people, especially when they're trying to impress someone." Tikki said to me before picking up a chocolate chip cookie my mom made earlier.

"I know, I acted without thinking and then caused Lila to become akumatised...just because I was jealous." I said.

Picking up my pyjamas, I stood up any got changed before going into the bathroom to brush my teeth. "Marinette, it's eight p.m, that's early even for you." My kwami said as she flew behind me.

"I'm not feeling too well, Tikki, I think if I have a good night sleep I'll be able to actually focus in school tomorrow instead of falling asleep in the middle of class." I yawned.

Once I'd brushed my teeth, I got into bed and closed my eyes. I was in my Chat Noir pyjamas because my mom hadn't have time to do the washing with the bakery being so busy recently and I've been doing loads of designs, my dad didn't really do the washing because last time he shrunk all of my clothes.

I lay in bed for at least two hours thinking about what I'd done to Lila. That's my guilty conscience for you.

In the middle of the dead silence, there was a tapping noise on my window. I decided to ignore it for a while, until it got too annoying and I had to get up. I opened my window to check out the noise, Chat Noir.

"What're you doing here?" I asked him, it sounded a lot ruder than intended.

"I came to see if you were okay, Princess...did I wake you?" He asked as he climbed through my window and sat on my bed.

"No, I've just been laying in bed for a while." I answered honestly before stretching. He'd visited me at night a few times, but never after ten, before now.

"Okay." He smiled before realising what I was wearing "cute pyjamas." He laughed.

"Thanks?" I blushed slightly.

"I haven't seen them around in shops or...anywhere, for that matter, where did you get them from?" He asked me.

"Trust you to go looking for your own merch." I laughed, forgetting I wasn't in spots.

"What?" Good, he didn't hear me.

"I made them, I needed to practice making clothes and I was going to Ladybug themed ones, but this idea looked better and fit in with my plan more..." I started rambling something about how I made them.

"Whoa, you sure know a lot about clothes, don't you?" He said, brushing his blond hair away from his face. "Are there any other things you've made based on me?" He smirked before starting to look around my room.

He got to my computer and wiggled the mouse, oh no, he stared at the screen as it lit up to show many photos of perfection, Adrien Agreste. I heard him chuckle slightly before turning to face me "can you explain the numerous photos of m- Adrien?" He laughed.

"I...uhhh...I'm a big fan of Gabriel Agreste's work and what better way to see it than to look at them on my computer." I lied.

He looked a bit upset for a moment before smiling again "you know, I know a thing or two about fashion, believe it or not." He walked up to me and sat on my bed.

"You know, I've got school in the morning." I said, I didn't want to be extremely tired for school and I don't think Chat believed my lie. "I bet you're a pupil in some sort of school, too."

"Well, yeah, but I never usually sleep-"

"Kitty, go home and get some rest, I'm sure the teachers wouldn't like to have pupils sleeping all day."

"You only care about the teachers?" He asked.

"I care about you, too Kitty, now go get some r-" I began but Chat's stomach interrupted us. "You're hungry?" I asked. He blushed slightly but nodded in response. I walked up to my desk and passed him the cookie jar. "Keep it, I've got loads of them, jars and cookies."

"Did you make them?" He asked with a mouth full of cookies.

I nodded before remembering what I was going to say to him "right, Kitty, go and get some sleep, my orders,"

"Or?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Or you won't ever get more cookies...you better make those last." I nodded at the jar in his hands.

"Okay I'll go and get some sleep." He rushed "you better have more cookies for me tomorrow." He laughed as he stood halfway out the window.

"Only if you don't look tired." I said as he left, closing he window behind him.
