Winchester Survival

Prologue

Olivia shifted on her side, trying to hold on to her sleep. She was very well rest, though the thought of her getting up and going on with her day made her very feel exhausted, mentally. Keeping her eyes closed, she reached her hand over to the side of the empty bed, which her boyfriend Jason usually occupied.

Her thick brown eyebrows, furrowed, feeling around just a little more. Just when she was about to give up and open her eyes, she felt a thin piece of paper in between her fingers.

Her green eyes fluttered open, seeing that the piece of paper was a note. She yawned, sitting up and reading the note.

Good Morning, love.

I went to pick us up some breakfast. Didn't want to wake you up after our long night. 😉 I should be be back soon.

As soon as she read the word fiance, she looked at her finger were her brand new engagement ring shined. Her heart fluttered as she smiled at it, the events of last night flooding her mind like a movie.

She woke yesterday morning to bed in breakfast that he made for her. It contained her favorite: French Toast with Bacon, Eggs, and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie.

Most women would probably think something was up, when their significant other makes them bed in breakfast, for apparently no reason. And when she says no reason, she means: It's not her birthday, Valentine's day or any other holiday for that matter.

It was just a normal day.

But that's just how Jason was, he always made gave her breakfast in bed on random days. So she didn't give it any thought. He was always doing sweet little nothings for her.

After her amazing bed and breakfast, Jason pushed her in the shower then out of the house after she got dressed.

Little did she know, he planned the whole day for her. She got to go to the spa, getting a message that was well overdue. She was a first grade teacher, so teaching energetic kids could be very overwhelming at times.

After her message, she went to the salon to get dolled up which took a very long time. She got a manicure/pedicure, she got her hair done, a make over and and a gift from Jason that contained a dress that she'd been eyeing for a long time.

It was a white dress that brought out her beautiful green eyes and was cut out at the sides.

She left the salon to see a limo waiting outside for her. She got driven to the town park where they met to see her students lined up in front of Jason. Each holding a hidden item in their hand.

She went from student to student, revealing momentous that stand for the great moments in their relationship.

Like the necklace he got her for her twenty third birthday, to the promise ring she got for their eighth month anniversary, the teddy bear he won for her on their first carnival date, and even the chapstick she was wearing the first time he kissed her.

And when she got to her last student, there it was. The box that contained her engagement ring. Next thing she knew, Jason was on his knees asking her to be his wife.

Of course she said yes, after shedding some tears of joy.

And to end the day, the two spent the rest of the day, making love to each other.
