Darkness fell quicker than i presumed there Zai was walking through the empty city of Slakovia. The wind-swept streets the single blinking street light and the owls hooting in the distance. There was not a single life form in sight.He was alone ,he was terrified.Sweat trickling down his face like a waterfall and he felt as weak as a newborn baby attempting to walk for the first time.His teeth constantly clashed into each other as the temperature dropped by the second.He felt like turning back but at this point he had already reach so far. It felt like an hour had passed and at this point he had no clue where he was going as every corner he turned felt like he had already been there before.He couldn't believe it , he was lost in the concrete jungle they call a city.However he could not stop walking as he felt that someone was going to come for him.His heart pounded against his chest like a herd of cattle on a stampede.
Suddenly, He began to hear footsteps behind him and it immediately made the hairs at the back of his neck stand up. As he peered into every dark corner,he could hear devil-like whispers entering in and out his ears.There was then a loud bang of thunder and lightning flashed before his eyes lighting up the entire street.It revealed a human like shadow behind him and he darted off into a nearby alley and all of a sudden he tripped over his lace . He fell face first into a puddle of polluted water .He coughed ,wheezed and panted all at the same time.He laid there trying to regain his breath and stumbled to get up.
Then there was a swarm of locusts unavailing the human like figure. Lightning flashed before his cold brown eyes.Blood dripped from the ends of its teeth,It wore a black leather cloak and its eyes gleamed red at Zai menacingly.It the stuck out his talon like hands and grabbed him by the neck and pulling him close to it's face. Its face was as rough as sand paper and one side of it was held on to the other by staples and a rusty nail.One of its eyes was missing and an arrow was in its place.It wore a giant black hat with blood stained iron plates at the sides.He whispered a deadly voice into Zai's ear, " Blood is thicker than water."
