Zzz...zzz...zzz... my phone went as I looked at the screen. It said BooBear, it was 1am, "Why is she calling me?" I asked my self, regretfully answering, "hello," I said tired. "Jay, Jay wake up," Destiny yells in the phone all anxious and annoying.

"What?"

"What you doing?"

"Skydiving, What else?"

"Blah, blah, blah grouch come to my party tonight, it start at 10:30 no later"

"Okay, imma be there," i agreed to get her off the phone. Little did I know, that agreement and that party changed my outlook on everybody.

My name is Jay, im 15, soon to be 16. Im what some call outgoing and outspoken, others call me 'rude'. But if you know me you would know me im sweet as pie. I'm an 'A' 'B' student no lower than a 'B'. My life isnt typical, I have parents that work all day and barely speak to me, they always busy. So I started life without them, and yes I still have my virginity.

I woke back up at 7am because of school. That alarm had me about to throw it. At 8 o'clock Destiny was texting me, are you in class yet

Me: yes, where u at?

BooBear: running late, let me see ur notebook in 5th hour so i can get the notes.

Me: Des! This the last time nigga

BooBear: i love you lovely

I was interrupted by the teacher knocking on my desk saying "hand it over," i just put it in my pocket she continued the lesson. Once that hour was over i skipped ROTC, I needed a break, so i went to the back hallway. Surprise, surprise to find people getting oral, I seen his face he was brownskin about 6'2, light eyes like hazel. I wasnt shocked i just turned and walked away.

LUNCH HOUR.

"Jay," Destiny yelled

"hey girly" i replied.

We searched for a table to sit at and found one. Destiny looked at Kiara and said "it's the 3rd day of school and I heard Thot's already live."  "Des," i yelled. "I'm just being honest, i mean if thats what Kiara wants thats what Kiara gets."

I looked at Kiara, waiting on her response but she aint say nothing and a minute already passed, so i had to ask her "so you just gone let her say that." Kiara just looked at me with a what am i suppose to do face. I didnt care she's not my friend i just know her from past situations.

DESTINY'S 3RD DAY.

I called my bestfriend (since 2008) this very early morning to invite her to my party. I'm so excited I'm turning 16 today, i called her extra anxious. But when i called her she sounded so dead, she wasnt like this last year. Jaymie (Jay) was so full of life, her outlook was so positive. That was before her parents start working alot, at the end of tenth grade and ever since then shes been all boring. Me, but oh me, i plan on bringing life back its gonna be great especially at tonights party.

Oh, and i know yall wondering whats up between me and Kiara. Well in tenth grade she came over my "15 Paris Queen Des" party. (yes i have a theme every year, ever birthday). She calls herself taking my boyfriend, by giving him that neck, oh yea she a loose one. Ever since then i made it my business to make her life a living hell, and business is booming. I know it was her in the back hallway cause she's has won my title i call it Thot of The Year Award. She won with honors.

Jay

I stayed after school to talk to a few people i knew since last year. Then my Nana called me, as I was about to walk home. When I got off the phone with her someone was tapping my shoulder. I turned around and instantly remembered it was the boy from the back hall. What does he want with me? I don't do the stuff he likes, he betta not approach me like that.

This is the conversation

"Hey"

"hello" i said reluctantly

"whats your name?"

"Jaymie, who are you?"

"Im Demarius, what grade you in?"

"Im a Junior"

Then it was a little silence, so i broke it saying, "wasnt that just you on the stairs with Kiara?"

"uhh, uhh yea, and I wanted to apologize about that, i didn't know people came back there. But its not like me and Kiara are in a relationship or nothing. I wanted something and I got it"

"oh" i replied as i started to walk toward my house, and heard footsteps trying to catch up with me.

"wait a minute... Where you stay?"

"around here, near here"

"like where at, around here?" He spoke sarcasicall.

I chuckled before answering "down Knox, near Hooverhill"

"forreal?.. Cause i stay a block over from Knox, on Beechwood"

"why didnt i ever see you during the summer?"

"i just moved there like a week ago, but can i walk with you?"

"yea, we had small talk"
