"Love? Whats that?" Peridot asks. "Well how do you think Garnet can stay fused for so long? " Steven says, lying down on the grass. "I...still don't understand" Peridot says, still sitting. "Hmmm" Steven says as he tries to think of another example "how about... how Percy and Pierre feel towards each other?". Peridot slowly process this information in her head before coming to a conclusion "ohhh, I get it now! Wait... that's how I feel towards Calvin? " she asks. "Pretty much" Steven says "and I know Calvin feels the same way to, after all, he kissed you". "I guess your right" Peridot says, running her hand through her star shaped hair "it's just really confusing to me". "Love is always confusing " Steven says, his eyes now becoming droopy, now shutting as he fell into a deep slumber. Peridot stayed for a few more minutes before getting up and walking back towards the barn, only to reveal that it's insides haven't changed yet. She sighs, walking back towards the pillow that held Calvin's gem. "Everyone misses you, but I miss you the most" Peridot says as she talks to the gem "and I hope you come out soon, and I hope that we can resume our fun together when you do". She sighs again, becoming silent because she knows that Calvin can't here her speaking. Peridot decides that maybe she can pass the time by watching her favorite show. She climbs up the ladder and slowly walks towards the tv and turns it on, then sits on the couch. Peridot tried to pay attention to the tv but her mind wandered somewhere else, the memories she had with Calvin made her tear up, she also wondered if she was able to make more with him. A loud crash from the ground interrupted her thoughts, but Peridot only thought it was Amethyst knocking something over on accident, never the less she decided to take a quick peek. Only it reveals Calvin on the ground surrounded by things from a fallen shelf, a bucket was also stuck on his head. Peridot rushes down the ladder and pounces on him, making him stumble "Peridot?" Calvin asks "I, uh, need help". "Hold on, I got you" Peridot says, struggling with the bucket. Pop went the bucket as it finally came off, revealing the familiar blonde haired boy, he slowly started smiling at Peridot's face "hey Peri". Peridot responds with a hug, wrapping her arms around his neck, smiling as well. Calvin hugs back, trying not to sob "don't worry Peri, I'm back ". "Calvin, I realized something " Peridot says "I'm Percy, and, well... you are my Pierre ". "From camp pine hearts?" Calvin asks. Peridot nods her head yes, now looking up at his face. Calvin brings his hand up to her chin and hold it, pressing his lips on hers. Staying like that for a few seconds before speaking again "I would love to be your Pierre" Calvin says.
