Why Me....

Part 1: The first day

Brooklyn's Pov

Tomorrow's the first day of school but I could careless, because I usually get bullied so I'm not really excited about it. It's 6:45am, So I get out of bed I take a quick shower, get dressed, brush my teeth and straighten my hair. When I finished I went down stairs and grabbed an apple, " Bye dad "I said as I gave him a hug "Bye monkey, see you when I get home" he said and gave me a kiss on the cheek, my mom was waiting in the car, so I ran to the car and got in. I would usually walk to school but it's the first day so my mom's dropping me off."Okay bye sweetheart, remember you're walking home after school right" she said " right" I said. My mom and dad don't know I'm getting bullied and I want to keep it that way, oh and did I mention that my bully is Jacob Sartorius, we used to be best friends until..........

Flash back
"Brooklyn" I hear a familiar voice yell from behind me, it's Jacob so I turn around and see him and his so called " friends" then they started throwing raw eggs at me and his friends were just laughing and then he mumbled " it was a prank" he said, "that's not cool Jacob, don't ever talk to me again, ugh!?" I yelled at him angrily. After that he walked away looking really angry.

Flash back ends

Brooklyn's Pov

.......Until all that stuff happened. So anyways I was walking into school and Jacob and his gang came behind me and one of them kicked me in the stomach and I started whimpering and then Jacob slapped me, and it was so hard it left a red mark on my cheek after that they just walked away laughing.

Jacob's Pov

I slapped Brooklyn so hard now she has a red mark on her cheek and I really fell bad because I have feelings for her a little, but what happened in 6th grade was not my idea for that prank, Carson and Hunter dared me to or they would bully me, but I was kinda forced to. I wish I never did that last year, I was going to ask her out in that year but this girl named Marisa asked me and I didn't want to say no so I just said "yeah".

Brooklyn's Pov

I ran to a bench and started crying because I was already 2 minutes late for home room and I just got beaten up. Once I got the park bench I just wanted to cry my eyes out. My cheek was stinging and I had a bruise on my stomach.

Jacob's Pov

I didn't see Brooklyn in home room so she might be in the bathroom, but I really don't care, so the bell rings then I leave to next period which is history so I was walking and I see Brooklyn in the hallway so I decide to just push her, she fell then Marisa came and said "oh did miss clumsy fall", after that I didn't say anything.

Marisa's Pov

"Oh did miss clumsy fall" I said to Brooklyn, truly I don't like her she's pretty she has good grades, she basically the definition of perfect. But if she thinks of getting near Jacob, oh she's gonna regret she even did.
But I don't worry about that
because Jacob's mine.
