Elena Gilbert and the Salvatore brothers, Stefan and Damon, were sat in the lounge of the Salvatore Boarding House. They were determining what to do about their current Katherine problem. Not soon later, there was a knock on the door.
Stefan got up from the couch and answered the door. John Gilbert stood on the porch. Once he saw who it was, Damon got up too. "I thought I told you to leave town, John. No one wants you here." Damon said rudely. John then replied with, "Before I leave I have been hiding something, or should I say someone, from you guys."
"And who would that be?" Damon asked. His tone showed that he cared little for the conversation. "Here she is." He said moving out of the way for them to see.
This girl looked very familiar to Damon. She had medium length straight brown hair and brown eyes. He soon realized why she was so familiar..."Uh she looks just like you, Elena." John took this moment to explain. "Isobel and I had another kid after Elena."
