In love with a monster.

The full moon lit up the small  clearing in the dark forest. The grass turning a pale silver in the moon light. Dark clouds grew heavy as it started to rain ice cold droplets leaving small shallow puddles on the ground. The moon shined even brighter , droplets of water catching the moons light making the clearing shimmer and dance in the cold damp darkness.

I pulled my what you could hardly call a jacket tighter over myself  fighting to keep warm. I never did hike much but  1 hour ago when the sun was shining it sounded like a good idea. I sighed quickening my pace wanting to get to the end of the track so I could have a nice hot shower in the comfort of my own home.

”Stupid storm. ”  I muttered through rattling teeth.  Suddenly something  moves  in the corner of my eye. I whip my head around to the direction I saw the fast blur but my eyes lay upon nothing.  I stand still for a few seconds taking a few shallow breaths. All I see the rustling leafs on rain drop covered trees and small birds huddling together taking shelter under a long branch.

I must be going mental. I think to myself and that when I see him.

A young boy about my age of 15 leaning on a rather large tree sheltered from the rain.His pale skin was flawless, his body tall and muscular easy spotted though his light white T- shirt. But that wasn’t what my eyes were locked on. His eyes were an unnatural light silver and they were staring straight at me. (picture on side --------->)

I blinked twice to make sure he was real. He was. But what was he doing out here in this weather? And only in a light cotton shirt? I gulped, something about him felt off. Unwillingly i tore my eyes away from the man. I turned away slowly taking one more good look before turning to walk though the parting in the trees that lead down to to the car park.

“Im so sorry, please forgive me.” a rough voice asks from behind me. I start to turn, My eyes widen in fear as i suddenly become air born.  The boy with silver eyes jumps only to catch my arm in a bone crunching grasp, and slam me into the forest floor with such force my body screams in pain as multiple snaps fill my ears. I give a groan of pain and force my eyes open. I open them in time to see him strike his teeth extended into fine sharp points that secure themselves deep into my neck. Despite the unbearable  pain of my broken bones i thrash to try and get him off me. My head grows weak and I grow tired.

“Drink” a strained voice commands

Warm liquid gushes into my mouth, I cough trying to spit it out, it has revolting taste of rust and salt.

A sharp sound of a snapping bones fills my ears, I scream as sering pain flashes across my arm.

“Please drink!” the voice commands again.

I could feel everything, the blood being drained from my feeble human body, the sering pain as the exchange of blood took place, his blood eating away my  fragile human tissue replacing it with a stronger, glorous, evil , beautiful  new  body that i will spend the rest of eternity trapped in.
