Chapter 4
I turned around and faced Gumball.
"Yeah, PG?"
Marshall crossed his arms and said,
"Come on Gumbutt, the girl needs some time to rest. Let her go..."
"Yeah Gumball, the time is almost late!" Cake stated.
"This will only take a minute..." Gumball said.
He faced me and rolled his fingers; feeling kinda' nervous.
"Uhhh, Fionna?"
He held my hand and said,
"Can we go out?"
"Out?" I stated.
"Yeah, a date with me tommorow..."
I forgot Marshall, Cake and everyone. My face turned tomato red, I chuckled.
"I would love to go out with you, Bubba!"
Marshall went mad and slammed the door angrily.
What happened to Marshall?
Cake went close to me and pulled my skirt gently.
"Come on Fionna, let's go home..."
"Okay..."
I waved goodbye to Gumball, and went home. I looked at the window and sighed; feeling happy.
This is the best day of my life...
Cake went to bed and said,
"Come here Fionna, let's go to sleep..."
I went to my bed and slept. The next day, I overslept and yelled,
"Cake! Cake!"
Cake tapped her foot and said,
"Glob, Fionna! You shouldn't be running around yelling people's names. Now what had got you all worked up?"
"Cake! I overslept and my date with Gumball is in an hour!"
"Oh my glob, you need to be ready!"
"Uhh Cake, can you help me get ready?"
"Sure baby..."
Cake rushed to the bedroom and kept searching for clothes. A minute later; I was ready.
"Cake, how do I look?"
"Oh Fionna, you look adorable..."
"Oh no, the time! Cake, I'm gonna be late from my date!"
"Then go girl!"
I ran as fast as I can and opened the door, and there was Marshall; standing.
"Marshall? What are you doing here?"
